In australia the more casual you are you are considered more confident because you dont care what others think and want to be comfortable. If you dressed up too much youre considered a try hard and insecure. Fascinating how different cultures are.

I have polish heritage (my dad) I can relate to your stories so much. Living in Australia we don’t have much in the way of stylish people to get ideas from. You have opened my eyes to the heritage and style I grew up with in my mum/dad and aunties. I’m tapping back into that and I have you to thank. To make the last look, I just fairly loosely knot the ends. I have a huge summery silk scarf and did this during summer as it was so hot, only the coolest, sleeveless dress could be worn and I didn't want my arms showing.

We booked a flat in Paris for a week.
