Greater Love - OCAC Dance Ministry Shadow Dance
Greater Love is a shadow dance that was choreographed by Lois Chan in collaboration with the Ottawa Chinese Alliance Church Dance Ministry. Greater Love was presented at the Easter Sunday service on April 16th, 2017.
Thank you to all the people who helped behind the scenes to make this production possible!
The music track used for this shadow dance is O the Blood and is the property of Gateway Worship and Kari Jobe.

Celebrating the completion and opening of OCAC's new building with a dance to share our joy God gave us with everyone! Thank you to all who participated and made this possible! It turned out amazingly great and really brought out so much cheer in people~ =) God is honoured, and glorified and we will continue to serve Him and Him only! =D Thank you Kyle Hung for helping me catch this on video! =D

It was very much a collaborative effort! As the choreographer, I mainly shared the story I wanted to tell and how I wanted us to tell it. The performers would help bring the scenes to life with my guidance and help choreographing the transitions. 😇

how did you make the screen or where can i purchase
The screen was built by brothers and sisters in the church - long wood pieces from hardware store with brackets and such, some more wood for a base on each side (I’m no expert in this area, sorry). The fabric looked for something white and not to translucent that I could see the performers through it. We then stretched the fabric pieces along the top and bottom of the frame and stapled it into place.
