1. Tata provide warranty of 7 years and 160000 km , but they don't tell that if any touch came on battery pack cover than warranty not valid. 2. They told me cells damage due to impact so not to consider under warranty it means Techo and Tata making fool to customer and it means issue is anything else they make us for insurance claim 3. If I complained in 6months of purchase why not proper checkup as on recent complaint 4. It may be they are waiting for If any issue they found to reject warranty than both they are safe and loss is ours 5. If I drop my vehicle on 14th May and they send me details on mail on 18th May after running my vehicle how I believe they not made that impact 6. If I go for insurance than why vehicle not provided as others and that is battery issue not other than cover under warranty Firstly 7. If I signed for claim as they told than the delay is their issue not mine why I have to bear. The Raj Motors not provided the documents on time they rake time for approval 8. If the approval is given for work than again quotation approval is needed for work what they are doing in that time wasting . 9. There is a communication gap someone is telling battery pack sent to Pune for some technical issue but again they told repair at Gurugram when reach from Pune. Anotherone is telling repairing at Pune. How I believe for that the problem not come again. 10. One of them is telling that rusting can be repaired where as under warranty part can be replaced as after some time when out of warranty they took money to repair. Gajab baat 3 mahine ke baad 2 din m issue aa gaya uske ke baad battery change ki mutlub phlee mera insurance ka paise liye or fir jo kaam warranty m hona tha vo kiya ....soch sumaj ke lena Tata
