Figured it out. If you don't have Fraps already, download it, turn it on. And limit the game to 30 or 15 fps. Then replay the mission, it'll work then. :) It's a console port what can you expect from a console port?

@TwankyDK It worked for me! I installed Fraps, set it to 30 FPS when recorded, and when I got to the helicopter part, when I jumped off with motorcycle I pressed F9 and then I kept clicking Space and it worked!

On PC, I cannot get on the helicopter!
