I'm not sure if you're aware, but the Big M mower has the ability to center swath as it cuts. The option is on the R1 menu then toggle work mode (for XBOX it's R bumper - left stick to toggle). The work mode should say "swath dropping" for center swath. :)

I wonder if giants run the same game engine over and over again that’s why we don’t get 4x maps on console otherwise small modifications don’t really make a difference in the last game besides the new gen consoles can definitely handle larger maps

For tip # 7, when buying used equipment and then reselling it after you repair/repaint it, it is worth more money if you sell it from the repair/repaint screen than from the menu screen.

I like the challenge of frontier map .went with the forestry one . Wood chipper is fairly quick as i can feed a whole tree in with the tele handler and save some for sawmill products. Cleared enough land now for 340 cows in the xl cowbarn mod and some fields to provide food to keep them happy

Honestly I would say grass is #1. The lack of AI handling the baling and wrapping is not a negative, it requires you to actually play the game. Corn is lower on the list behind the simple grains solely because of the higher cost of entry with harvester, special header, etc.

if you are gonna bale grass, why dont you row it with the mower, you spoke about windrowing after mowing. Dead tree cutting also allows you to sell the wood, before collecting for the contract

You do not need to wait until your rice field is flooded before you fill up your water tanker. It will start to fill up as soon as you turn the water on.

For tip 4 if you use steering assist you don't need to put marks for anything. Not sure how this is a pro tip when there is obviously a better way to do it. (steering assist)

If you repaint the price go's up more then the repaint cost i have been doing this for awhile now ... new tip if you buy a saw mill the big one and put it on your own land then go to landscaping and buy 2 red oaks in the delivery spot cut them down sell then stump grind and buy 2 more do it till the saw mill is full I think it's like 8 trees and every time you need wood just buy more trees it works great try it

Great video. For tip no.1 I use the 'enhanced vehicle' mod as it allows me to disable (hide) the small mini map because it conveniently displays the navigation compass above the speedometer where the rest of my vehicles information is. The mini map is great but the info is a bit small for my eyes. All of the straight fields are lined at 0, 90, 180, 270 and 360 degrees making it easy to keep your vehicle in a straight line, I use this method all the time. Depending on map, I also found the fields plowed at an angle are usually easy to find once you line up the degree they're plowed at. Tip 4 I use the same method, but instead, I paint small tire tracks on the edge of my fields and try and naturally blend them in as ground wear so it's not so obvious that they're markers. It gives your field edge a worn out realistic look depending on how artistic you want to be with the paint tool. Tip 7 is a good way to make extra money from used vehicle resale (flipping), buy it, fix it, repaint it then resell it for extra money. The water tip, just use the water tank or windmill as they're both free and will save you driving to a lake or river, the rice field works but looks tacky on your farm unless you're actually growing rice.

The " Tree-B-Gone mod was a lifesaver in FS22 when you wanted to clear out trees that lined the fields. It cuts down the trees quickly and removes them, so the machines and tool don't get wrapped around them 👍

The used equipment makes more selling it to the dealer. U can see the price in this video is higher than what u seen in your vehicle tab. Click sell in the repair/repaint menu u dont even have to repair i dont and make about 20-25k a month flipping equipment.

25 kinda sucks, i ran over 150 fps on ultra settings in fs22 but now i have to run fsr 3 and frame generation (makes the game look super blurry and weird) just to get similar fps on MEDIUM, if i turn off frame generation then my game drops to like 30 fps

I don't get why FS25 isn't backwards compatible with regular FS22 mods. I get that you obviously can't 1:1 mods with custom scripts to be compatible, but for simple mods like new harvesters, tractors, trailers, ...

If you chop your Corn 1-2 stages early it perfectly aligns with the ability to immediately plant barley and chop it one stage early. This again enables you to immediately plant corn again. Someone on Reddit did the math that shows that the combined yield of that is higher than even four cycles of gras per year are which turns it into the best setup for silage. Combine that with 25k loan per harvester and it’s scalability goes through the roof. Especially when combined with the BGA but that’s just a bonus.

Yes fermenting silos are real thing, I do silage seasonally and have filled these a few a times
