I find that when there is an “upgrade” / download of energy happening (as does with eclipses) that it’s a lot for our bodies to process. Amazing video. I see the worksheet in the link under the video. But I don't see the workbook. Where do I find the workbook you are showing, the think with several pages, not the one page document. (Just trying to be super specific because I think there's some confusion in the comments and answers above :) )
So you go in a bucket in there? where the out in the house?
It is indeed a bucket system inside! The “Out” is by human hands, and the fact that it’s outdoors. A bucket sits under a toilet seat and gets several handfuls of wood shavings when finished with a “deposit”. When the bucket gets full there is a humanure pile - in a pallet wood box- where it gets dumped, the whole pile gets turned and the covered again. After one box is full, its turned and covered one last time and left to compost for 2 years before being used.
