Catholic schools must be alike everywhere. I am short and they constantly had my parents come in because I kept cutting my skirt. I kept telling them I felt like I had no legs below the knee. I was stationed in Japan for 21/2 years beginning in March of 1952. The people were all courteous and many I met served in the army but none would admit fighting Americans only Chinese. They spoke highly of Gen. MaCarthur and I was told when he left Tokyo the Japanese people lined the road from the U S A headquarters to the airport.

Whoever has the original films of the Bandstand shows has refused to release any more shows. Well that sucks!
