I am sure most of the students from foreign countries especially from india will avoid applying for US Universities after these changes in immigration orders by Trump administration. No use of coming to US only for studies because the studies are better even in india. So far the students love to come to the USA for studies with a hope that, they get high remuneration besides to settle in a beautiful country on one day either through green card, smooth availability and extension of H1B visa or their child may get US Citizenship on one day. If all these options i.e H1B visa tightening, no green card, no citizenship to their child etc. are nearly impossible, then definitely there will be huge drop in students from india 😂 Eventually it's very good and huge immediate gain for india to develop like the USA due to stopping of brain drain ❤❤❤ On the other hand It's very bad and a huge loss to the USA as it loses the top talent from india as well as from other countries and eventually the USA will turn into an ordinary and weaker country in the long run. It was very much proven that the USA has become a world top country due to the most talented immigrants

Take time, do your home work, have 9-12 months preparation in selection process of universities. Talk to seniors at the Universities before finalising the university. Now we have RUclips, LinkedIn and many other sources . Utilise the resources properly

NO other country in the world (that I know of) has "birthright citizenship." at of the variety that it's gotten turned into here in the US. At the present time, ANY child born on US soil is AUTOMATICALLY a US citizen, which is INSANE!!! Such a policy promotes CRAP such as "maternity tourism," illegal immigration, etc. THAT system HAS TO GO!!! IF a family has come here LEGALLY AND IS GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF ACQUIRING US CITIZENSHIP - IN A TIMELY MANNER - any minor children in the family SHOULD BE included in that citizenship process, IF they (AND THEIR PARENTS) learn English AND our Constitution, IF the family is self-supporting and NOT involved in ANY criminal activity, etc. Back when I was a child, I knew of 2 families who were here under "sponsorship," One of the families was being sponsored by my family's church, which helped them with their immediate needs, helped the adults find jobs, helped the entire family learn English, and provided the family with their basic needs until they could do so on their own. I'm not sure if the other family was being sponsored by a different church, an employer, a relative who'd already become a citizen; since, that kid was much younger and, hence, wasn't in my grade level... I did know that they had to go to private schools; since, they couldn't go to public schools until their parents were approved as citizens. To the best of knowledge, neither the family didn't cost the taxpayers even one cent. Seems like a reasonable system to me...
