After her first few hits she sort of fell off the radar. The din of pop music and her love of gospel music didn't let her showcase her enormous talent. What a shame.

This woman is beyond fantastic. EVERY cover I've ever heard from her is better than the original. I never thought ANYBODY could top Elvis's version but this woman does the impossible....

I always thought Elvis had the definitive version until hearing this one. Jody's version is every bit as incredible, and even more emotional. Plus she's a real cutie.

I think it is her very best recording. She utilized the full range and emotion of her incredible voice in this song.
