yes, exactly. 😄 Assisting turns into enabling in the case of “let me help you with this problem that you are not able to solve yourself, let me fix it for you”. Enabling is when we become so invested, that someone else’s problem becomes ours. Empowering is when we give the power back to others and show then that they have the ability to solve it themselves. This is why, in our work, as quantum healing hypnotherapists or any type of therapists it is highly important to not give advice and never imply anything, but to turn the issue back to the individual and help them advise themselves. That is trusting that they do have the ability to solve their own problems and issues, which helps them build trust for themselves, in their own abilities. As an example, I always ask others “what would you advise someone in your situation?” or we keep asking questions to help them answer and solve their own challenges. When we become an active problem solver, we become and enabler. When we hold space, and guide with trust, we empower. If we force those who clearly don’t want our help & don’t listen, we also enable their resistant behaviours, we enable them to dig deeper holes and we deplete ourselves. Inspired empowerment comes from a state of peace, grace, joy and trust. Guide a horse to water, teach a man how to fish, show them the door, but the rest is up to them. ❤ We also have to be careful with validating people's interpretation of their stories, because these are usually clouded by events that happened mostly in their childhood, decades prior to the incident they are trying to unravel. Validating emotion, yes, always, as the body (subconscious) never forgets, but validating interpretations of events with our everyday logical mind/our egos, keeps us stuck... These perceptions are perfectly valid when the event occurred for the first time (in our childhood), but not decades later, when we perceive the world through the filter of a wounded child. ❤

Yes, absolutely, beautiful soul. I would never imply that anyone's experience is not real 🫂💞 what I offer is different perspectives on what these things can be. I don't know what you are dealing with, but please know that there are ways to free yourself from these terrible experiences. In this video I talk from my own experience of having had psychic attacks, shadow beings and having had the most feared witch in the village, as part of my family, she was my grandma on my aunts side. They had priest and real exorcists come over to release them from the curses, it is believed that she had killed her son and put horrible curses on everyone. On the other hand, my dad deals with aliens, and not the lovely ones, having written 4 books, having had psychic attacks, visitations for some of which I was there with my mom to witness them. And yes, all of these things and so much more, are real. The more we dive down these rabbit holes, the more vulnerable we get if we don't shield up properly and are grounded in our Truth/Essence. The way out is through our truth, through a broader perspective and through embodying our "Higher self", our true essence. One of the videos that I am about to make this or next week is on how we can protect ourselves, as these situations are meant to keep us small and afraid, and for as long as they do that, they have power over us. Meditația constă în conștientizarea sinelui în momentul prezent, fie că o facem în liniște cu ochii închiși, sau fiind treji, în mod activ. 😊 Care întrebări anume te irita? Și soțul meu are afantazie, incapacitatea ce a crea imagini mintale, însă asta nu este o piedica. @@halronius that is absolutely OK. I've been there too for decades. I just woke up from a dream that showed me that all these crutches, illnesses, addictions that I've had and some of them I still work on, have been passed on from my family & loved ones. My parents live in fear: "humans are evil, don't see clients face to face, you can get murdered!" (both are doctors seeing patiens every day for the past 40+ years) and have soothed themselves with alcohol their entire life. Mental and physical abuse runs in my family, projected by their fears, as in most families sadly. Last week my sister was extremely worried about something concerning me. I told her that I have zero worries and I felt very glad and light hearted, just to wake up that night, after our conversation from a horrible nightmare triggered by her fear. Even if we think that thier emotions don't affect us, they do subconsciously, as we're all interconnected, especially with our blood relations, that's why it's so important to check in with ourselves and see what are our emotions and what are the emotions of others that we carry around. So it's OK to use crutches to help yourself cope with everything as long as we do it consciously and we have the will to eventually stand on our own. ♥️ What I want to remind you and everyone of is that the superhuman is within, always. What makes us superhuman is our consciousness, our awareness, our core truth and willpower all of which are accessed in moments of introspective silence, when we sit with ourselves and listen to ourselves, which is something we're not taught to do. Your True Self, your beautiful soul is always there, ready to be embraced by you or for you to put it on and wear it like an all encompassing suite ♥️ embracing you with infinite love and blessings.

Mulțumesc frumos pentru mesaj 🙏 Voi încerca sa creez mai mult continut în limba română. Creez aproape totul în engleza fiindcă mediul meu înconjurător n-a mai fost unul românesc de la vârsta de 13 ani. Toată lumea pe care o cunosc și de care sunt inconjurata vorbeste engleza, suedeza, germana, poloneza, etc și doresc să mă adresez tuturor, iar engleza e limba de baza, generală. Apoi înca mă obijnuiesc sa monologhez sau sa țin discursuri cu un aparat de una singura, astfel îmi ia între 5 și 8 ore sa filmez și să editez un videoclip care are 30 de minute pe youtube. Dacă aș scrie si subtitrările, mi-ar lua două zile să fac un videoclip de 30 de minute, ca nu știu cum sa fac sa fie automate, poate exista un progam specific romanesc pentru asa ceva? Fac ce pot ca să ofer informații, meditații, Workshops gratis. Dar cu cât mai multe creez cu atât mai ușor de vine și cu timpul voi crea și mai multe videoclipuri în limba română. ❤️🙏
