"It can't be.. ..it can't be" - Obi-wan. At that point you can hear his heart shattering through the pain in his voice, that to me was very hard to watch, but the infamous moment where Obi-wan said to Anakin that he was his brother and he loved him, that's when the tears began to form.

"Killed not by clones.. ..this.. padawan.. by lightsaber he was" - Yoda. For me that really hits hard because you can see the pain in Yoda's and even hear it in his voice.

"Commander Cody.. ..the time has come.. ..execute order 66" - Palpatine / Sidious.

Palpatine - "POWER!!!! Unlimited.. POWER!!!!" - I always know when that bit comes along, it was my late father's favourite part in that point in the film.
