You literally saved my life
I did it as soon as I saw the video and now ps remote on my iPad Pro 11 in is so much better then on my s23 ultra. Great video less hassle and fast to do. I was going to buy the g8plus but decided it look on RUclips for this exact video and now you have save me money. I barely used my g8 with my phone but now I’ll use it more with my iPad Pro 11 in.

I kinda put a kink in 2 of my springs folding it over. Do you think it will be alright? Im using on a 11 inch tablet.

Telescopic I doubt ,but Gamesir x4 should do the trick,no? Just remebered that new model (G8+) has a "pop n' lock" mod, you don't need any tools or anything, can be done in 2 sec!

@@sizzlack095 Plus is way better from my use experienced. the usb C is annoy for me to put the tablet in and in the end I doesn't notice any difference in input delay.
Btw it fits PERFECTLY with the Fire HD 8

It will definitely fit after the mod but won't be anywhere near as stable as a 7 or 8 inch tablet would be...I was also considering the mod as it looks quite simple, but am also thinking of selling the G8 as it seems a little bit impractical for an 11'' tablet like the S9. I personally think a case with a kickstand & Series X controller is a far better option than this solution. 7 or 8 inch this mod is perfect for... 11 not so much! :/ FYI the best 8inch tablet option seems to be the Lenovo Y700 which is quite a bit slower than the S9 being only a gen 1 Snapdragon.
@@LC-ig5hp this sounds weird, but for some emulation apps the snapdragon gen 1 works much better than snapdragon gen 2

Pliers - Plato diy cutting pliers (link provided in the description na din sir) Black tool - pry tool from phone repair tool kit, you can use barbecue stick siguro as substitute para di ka na bumili ng repair kit.

Awesome, followed the video and it worked perfectly, a little bit fiddly finding a thin black stick but eventually found one, so much easier than the other method and less destructive. Thanks very much.

You can pretty much fit any size. Doesn't mean it will be comfortable, though. Personally, I'm going with an 8".
I bought gamesir g8 galileo to modify it and use with lenovo tab p11 pro wnd gen. I modified the controller (thanks @hahatdog101 ) and i use it with the tablet, but it is not super confortable. The tablet+controller are kind of front-heavy so using controls is a bit unnatural. So maybe 11+inches is too much. Though the gamesir g8 galileo with a 6.5" smartphone is a perfect combination.
@voytecco6104 I did end up getting the p11 too and trying it with the controller. It's not too bad, but you'll definitely want something to cover the springs. It does look amazing with it while streaming ps5.
