Sorry man, but you have troubles with panels or connections. I have one single 415W panel and a microinverter connected to it, which is actually limited to 300W (600W inverter, but stupidly it is actually 2x300W). And I have noramlly in summer and winter about 1.8-2.1 kWh a day generated, if of course the day is sunny. So your 2kWh a day with 4 panels are too low. Also you have shading - it drastically decreasing performance of all cells in a string. I get now up to 30W at a current weather in Germany - no sun, just fully clouded. It gives just about 0.2kWh a day.. OR you mix kWh and kW. First is generated Energy second is generated Power (energy per time).

Just have one point I want to raise: The strength of the power supply is only an indicator of the unit's energy consumption. The device doesn't have to draw that much. Next time, you can improve your tests by adding some energy monitors to the devices to show actual consumption.
