A winter day in the Ardnahoe still-house. Situated in their bright, airy still room with beautiful vistas of the Sound of Islay, the two copper pot stills at Ardnahoe were manufactured in the north-east of the country by the artisans of Speyside Copperworks. Lantern-shaped in design, they are relatively large with a capacity of 13,000L for the wash still and 11,000L for the spirit still.

Are any Ardnahoe already available ?
I don't think so just yet. Who knows how long they will leave it. Kilchoman released whisky from 3 years old as a commercial necessity but now they don't have the stocks to release a 10yo in the standard range.
If everyone cared half as much about the quality of their work as Jim does about his,, the world would be a vastly better place.
