Two Generations Debate the Gritty Details of the Furiosa Mad Max Prequel
Homie is not smart.
It was my very first episode of star trek I watched at six yrs old, I'm now 57 yrs old an a devoted trek (classic-tng) fan..love the reboot films an strange new worlds, Picard season three...
Dear hosts, Thank you for your videos! Keep up the good work! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Summary of the recommendations given in this video: 1. Bloodbath. 2. More bloodbath. 3. Mad & long + Mad & long. 4. Mad & long & war (& 12). 5. Chuck vs. Yul (& 10). 6. Double bill: Mad, dark, & screw...ged + Xmas Vac. 7. GF 1 + GF 2. Bonus: The Making of the GF (The Offer). 8. DH. 9. More bloodbath. 10. Your choice. P.S. I discovered Clint Eastwood's body of work for myself about a month ago, so probably I'm going to re-watch some of his incredible movies.
I showed this movie to my kids for the first time yesterday and they asked to watch it again today. Lol
If there was a Oscar for the philosophy this would have gone to this
Terrifying? Snowflake much?
One of the reasons the set lighting made so much use of bright deluxe color, is that color TV was a new capability in many places. There were still many black and white TV sets out there, and some local stations were still broadcasting in B&W.
He made a semi truck terrifying. Its great
It was dumb
it was a little dumb, it was a lot original and great acting. it was Spielberg's very first tv film. let see you make one and then Jaws. Back to the Future etc. and I bet you weren't even born in 1971 just for starters 250 children die every single day from cancer. what what Jesus?
It looks like Dennis Weaver performed his own stunt during the last scene when Dennis Weaver jumps off his car and rolls in the dirt.
Spielberg's classic debut 👌🏼🤘🏻🎞🎬🤘🏻💯 awesome road rage thriller
Read the novel!
I'm still considering it being Spielberg's best film.
Dool🙄
The root origin of Jung's 12 archetypes of the collective unconscious and Campbell's Hero's Journey comes from the monomyth, the sun's cycle, and its 12 characters.
Notice also it was an arrow he shot him with, like Sagittarius shooting the sun.
You should watch the TV show. From next, it is the collective unconscious. The main characters are Jungian Archetypes, and the narrative is Campbell's Hero's Journey. It represents a repressed mind remembering the truth from fantasy.
The Doomsday Machine is the best.epidode IMO.
The actor captured the speaking and power of the man in the studio scene. It was fantastic acting.
I also have been a huge fan of Star Trek. I began watching it when I was 8 yrs old in 1968. And I already was loving the show, But when I saw The Doomsday Machine, I knew then that I was going to be a lifelong fan of Star Trek. And for me, today at 64, nothing has changed.
You might not want to say out loud the 3rd Man didn’t hit you as an all time great. It would be tough to be taken seriously as a reviewer after that. This movie had so much to offer, most of all Orson Wells on the marquee but thankfully in a minor non-dominating role with crazy little screen time. Always a treat to have just a bit of Orson who can suck the air out of any room he’s in. The post war Vienna as a backdrop can never be reproduced and couldn’t have been faked on the backlot. It’s staggering one can’t see this movie for the jewel it is. Required viewing in most movie buffs opinions. I hope you can see it again soon because to not see it for what it is is such a tragedy for you.
Always in my top 5 favorite movies of all time.
Btw I think you missed something really important @18:30. German U Boats did frequently pick up survivors to be perfectly honest. They tied the rescue ships to their ships and dragged them along and went for a temporary cease fire so the men could ve been picked up. Or they waited near the for evacuation (by merchant vessels) and then finished it. This all ended with the Laconia incident. This basically caused Doenitz to order unrestricted submarine warfare without taking any prisoners. Basically what happened was: German Uboat dragged survivors of the laconia ship behind them aswell as on their deck and publicly radioed their position that they have survivors ready to be picked up. US plane found them and started strafing runs. Then the Uboat was forced to submerge with the boats still attached. The german uboat was at this time sailing under the red cross banners to rendezvous with French Ships.
Awesome conversation on a wonderful film. Just watched it on Thanksgiving!!!
I wonder if he thought it was supposed to be a biopic? Its a comedy, satire. I hope he rewatches it with that mindset of this is a comedy, its ok to laugh, its made to be funny.
No... it's Babylon. Vatican is the office of the Beast Power The Dragon was wroth... went to kill the child since He was born. Dragon power that killed Christ... Pagan Rome The Dragon gave his seat to the beast from many waters. The Caesers gave their power and authority to the Bishop of Rome. False Prophet is beast from the earth that started as a Lamblike nation (protestant America), but then spake as a dragon... Devil's trinity is the Dragon, beast, false prophet.
Not sean connery but micheal cain

Boomers just make crap up. Look at this pos. Never suffered a day in his life talking about making people younger than him suffer. If you don't think this is all boomers, oh boy.
I love this movie i have been watching this movie since i was 4
I gotta watch it-- I heard someone say it was awful - but I mean. We prob know what’s gonna happen lol
I just watched it with my dad it was fantastic
It's always about color 1st thing people react to when the color is not their own
For me Gladiator has best opening scenes, especially that battle in Germania and the scene with bird
It's been forever since I seen the Sinatra version. it's better than the Denzel version. but Manchiruan predicted the future, with Trump, a comprised russian assett. and comrad Tulsi gabbard
What if a cogent Biden appeared?
There's a bit of Hitler.in everyone. People will deny it.of course..Self control is a struggle.
Good review. Young guy: Old guy: You're right. The leads had no chemistry. And you're wrong about yarmulke. Ben Shapiro is a poser.
Good review. Two comments:. Young guy: Walker had plenty to lose, his son and baby mama. Old guy: My wife and I couldn't have gotten married in many states before MLK and Malcom X. Don't tell me "noting has changed."
This kid sounds dumb as rocks.
Nobody cares what a criminal walking around the desert wants.
Hes my favorite actor stanley kubricks nephew could only be a great actor. I fell in love with him in valley girl. Ive seen every film he has been in. The one that gets me is Mandy. I havent seen longlegs but I will. ❤❤❤❤
What a joke
Another predictable movie. Whenever big name stars are in a movie about the Catholic faith, you can be sure it will do nothing but promote progressive values and bash the church. If they were truly courageous, they would do it with Islam.
LOL….I did not SMASH the like button , I gently and lovingly touched it and it worked. I found this [re]view to be unbiased and very compelling. I will definitely go watch this movie, which I would not otherwise. I was raised in Catholicism and even attended seminary. I learned at a young age of the politics and secrecy of the Roman Catholic Church. Thank you Rudy and Fred.
Nick cage is an acquired taste, you love him or you don't any in the middle don't really notice either way but bruh still rich 😂
You guys dont know enough reality to comment on anything, pay attention for ten year's. Kipling is one of the greatest writers in the English language.
Dont dis the craft
Maybe if you had medals you would understand lol
I hated Longlegs.
