Here is where you got it wrong. In America, black children living in middle class neighborhoods, going to the same schools as white children still have a graduation rate 3 times lower than white students, and consistently score 10 points lower on IQ testing. The cause of this is either that they still experience black culture through family relationships or social media, or they are genetically compromised..... or both. The experiment in Germany seems to disprove a genetic disadvantage, OR, black students are simply putting in the extra effort in order compete with the white students. In a typical American black sub-culture, parent(s) most often do not expect their children to do well in school and therefore do nothing to help or encourage them. The children therefore find other interests such as gangs, drugs, alcohol, rap ....ect. Black sub-culture is crime culture, with an emphasis on guns and robbery.
