That deer is gonna have a problem in a couple hours. Concrete causes chemical burns if it's left on skin for very long. Ask any concrete guy who's gotten it inside his boots and couldn't rinse off because you're in the middle of a big pour and there are 4 more trucks lined up waiting to empty out.
