Hello everyone,
Over the past few years I've turned a little more outdoorsy. After years of staying inside thanks to school I wanted to get out and enjoy life more. I gave myself a goal to post at least one video a month for an entire year not only in hopes to help me remember my travels but also to try to gain a new skill. Although I achieved that goal, I'm still trying to post to keep on improving and sharing. My videos will be focused on trips small to large. I hope you enjoy coming along with me!

Uclulet | Pacific Rim | Tofino | Short December Trip
Hi,
I captured a few clips of a short trip to Vancouver Island, from old growth rainforest boardwalks to finding starfish and running into the Pacific Ocean. I have been focusing more on my photography rather than taking photos so here is all that I have video wise, hopefully it shows how beautiful this area is in the winter.

2 minute REAL TIME video of the Northern Lights
Просмотров 212 месяца назад
Hi, It has been a while, life has been busy. I saw the Northern Lights last night and took a short video clip. To the naked eye, it was far more dim and less saturated. I was however shocked to see how it flickered and danced. So I thought I would share the two clips that I captured last night. I hope I will be able to see them again and hopefully from an even darker place. Belle
Exploring YOHO National Park | Camping in Banff
Просмотров 3447 месяцев назад
Hello! This video was filmed at the end of summer 2023. On this trip we drove through Banff to Yoho National Park. This was our first time visiting so we visited some popular spots including Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls. We then headed back to our campground in Lake Louise for the night. The next morning we headed north on the Columbia Icefields Parkway. The last stop of this video is Peyto ...
Waterton Lakes National Park | Quiet Video | Alberta, Canada

Hello, This video was filmed in August 2023. We arrived late in the afternoon and set up our tents at a campground in the town, I didn't film there and sadly had a terrible night's sleep. Despite the lack of rest, we woke up for 6:30am to make sure we'd be visiting the red rock canyon without many other visitors. We lucked out and were the only ones there for the next hour. We also got to enjoy...
Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park | November 2023

Hello! I'm back with this fall walk through glenbow ranch provincial park, located outside Cochrane, AB. November is a great time to go explore local parks because it tends to be warm enough to not freeze but empty enough to have some alone time in the park. I was able to see a few different animals while walking around, being that the park is a functioning ranch, I got see see a lot of cows. T...
Glacier Lake | MY FIRST TIME BACKPACKING | Banff National Park
Просмотров 304Год назад
Hello! In this video, I try backpacking for the first time. Backpacking had been a goal I set for myself back when I read the book Wild, but only trying a night or two at a time to see if I liked it. I went with some friends and decided on Glacier Lake in Banff, Alberta. We reserved our spots at the campsite back in March so this was a highly anticipated trip for us. After camping at Two Jack L...
Camping at TWO JACK LAKE for a Night | BANFF NATIONAL PARK

Hello, It has been almost 2 months since my last upload and probably the longest amount of time between videos since I started this channel. This video was shot during a one night stay camping at Two Jack Lake. We left after work on a friday and stayed the night to test out our gear as well as be a bit closer to the trailhead for our first time backpacking. I hope you enjoy this glimpse of a sh...

_Oh wow, this video of Ucluelet, Pacific Rim, and Tofino in December is simply breathtaking! The wintery landscapes are so magical and peaceful. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful and heartwarming glimpse of the winter wonderland._ 👍❤
They have been so vibrant lately
Hi! Do you remember the name or trail of the viewpoint that you showed at 7:41 ? thanks!
Hi, I was actually struggling while I was there to find trail names and signs and good maps along the way. I took a look at alltrails and in the "Bowbend and McPherson Trails Loop" comments/photos I was able to see the same view so it was somewhere along there or a path that leads to that trail. Hope that helps! :)
I’m gonna visit this place soon.. i wonder how much distance you have covered on this trail. Thankyou for sharing this wonderful video with us.
I looked back on my watch data and I'm not sure I tracked it all but I did track 6.8km that day, hopefully that helps. I think the trail where I had to stop and turn around should have been expanded by now allowing for more kms. :)
@@bellealex9134 i like your vlogs keep on posting more.. you inspired me to make more videos for my channel. Thanks again, looking forward for more adventures videos like this.😇
Beautiful place to visit.. Thankyou for sharing.
Thank you for the Rouge park video, wish there was more good and detailed video on RUclips covering this park. I am looking forward to visiting Rouge park soon with my wife, this video added some insights for us! Also not being able to take photo in front of people is a big relate!
Thanks for watching! The park is great, if you want more space away from other people I highly recommend going to the more northern trails in the park. :)
Work on the fire skills😊
I like your video. We have it good in Toronto. Big city life and drive 20 minutes and you feel so far from it all.
thanks, and for sure, there are some great spots around the city
Iam from Cyprus island..Mediteranian sea.
Wow. It’s shrunk so much. 💔

What a lovely-looking trail, hope you're planning some more content in the upcoming season!
_Cool and interesting backpacking tour video with incredibly informative narration and enhanced by inspiring music, the beauty and exciting of marvelous Glacier Lake scenery are clearly and distinctly explored. Thank you for sharing your insight and expertise with the world._
Thank you! I'm so glad you liked the video :)
Noice!
Just found your channel :) Love the video and I’ll give this trail a shot in the fall!
Hey! I'm so happy you liked the video. The park is beautiful in the fall. I'd suggested going earlier in the day if you want more space to yourself (especially in the fall) :)
thanks@@bellealex9134 ! I went to the park this past weekend and it was beautiful, although a bit crowded as it gets later in the day, Managed to do Vista and half of Mast and would definitely be going back soon!
I'll be heading to check out Rouge soon and wanted to know what to expect and I stumbled upon your video and channel. Great video and editing so I subscribed. Hope to see more adventures and hikes.
Thank you for watching and subscribing! More videos will be coming soon. :)

Hey where do you stay in Calgary
Wow no drug addicts or hobos
Cool. i will watch this as i have me supper.
Your video was a suggestion I really came in to RUclips to listen to David Bowie Jean Genie. i like how the great computer makes good suggestions some of the time. Peru eh a friend gave me a very colourful wool sweater from that part of the world. The treasured gift ( :

The fish clocks
lol. they look like clocks with how the tail moves. fun.
I wish I was there……it looks peaceful
It was one of my favourite places in Gros Morne
i grew up near there. wonderful area. nice editing/ music. thanks for posting
Thank you so much :)
Your pavement now made me laugh. Thanks.
Glad to hear it!
good. thanks for posting
Glad you enjoyed it
This was a nice review. Im headed to Niagara this week and will definitely check out these wineries. Thanks
Thank you, I hope you had a great week in Niagara!
Better waterfalls in Nova Scotia than Newcrapland
Come back soon, have fun…..
Hey Belle, Great video! Do you advise taking bear spray to Rouge national park?
I do not bring bear spray when I have visited (and have not seen any large wildlife in the park), I also probably would not personally in the future. The parks canada website should have information on all of the wildlife on their website and how to be safe around them.
Love your videos for when I am at work needing a dose of the outdoors. Thanks
That means a lot! thanks :)

What a wonderful area and adventure... We visited years ago and would love to go back. Thanks for sharing 😊
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! It really is a special place and I do hope that I will be able to go back again there too.
Is there a little kids beginners slope? That’s where I would belong. 😀
There are but I'd recommend finding a smaller hill to start on.
I’d go there just for the train ride👍😀😀
The train was a really cool experience. I really enjoyed the area with the open sides for looking out at the country side. We took a different train back and that one had performers (sadly I didn't capture any clips from it though).
Country side is amazing!
The longer into the trip the more of the country side we got to see, it also changed so much only a few hours away. It was stunning and I'd love to go back one day and see more of the country.
Beautiful!
Your always gettin lost on the wrong trails 😄😂😄, just teasing, …..nice video, thanks for sharing
Oh I am always getting lost, I hope one day I will be able to navigate a trail 😅
Hey Belle, I will arrive to Canada in 2 weeks so I was checking that park. It looks really beautiful.
I hope you have a great time in Canada! I do really enjoy this park and the further into summer the nicer it is in my opinion :)
You look miserable, hope your ok.😘. hope you rest when you get home
The next day we went lower in elevation and I started feeling back to normal and was able to rest a lot when I got home :)
So beautiful!
That river looks cold🥶
I agree 😂
@@bellealex9134 I live in Indiana, not much to see here, keep your videos coming😊👍👍
Glad to give a glimpse of some of the beauty here in western Canada. More videos are on the way! :)
Hi which site number did you stay at? We are looking to go this year and are looking at site reviews.
We stayed at site no. 178 in the Birches Campground! We both enjoyed the site we were at but maybe would pick a site closer to the lake if we were to go again. ☺
The pictures look great. I like the lamp on the floor next to the couch. 😊
Thanks so much! 😊
Thanks Belle and Alex.
very nice
thank you!
Amazing shots. What camera are you using?
Thanks! I used a sony a7C with a tamron 28-200 lens for most of the shots :) (and an iphone for the tent building timelapse)
Nice
Thanks
