I love that Vincent Price narrated one.

Lagoon happens to be my home park. I have always thought they could have it at least partially open during the holiday season. People would love to look at lights and decorations throughout the park. Plus if I were in charge I would have a Santa meet and greet, carolers would roam the park, I would have activities like cookie decorating, find somewhere to make an ice rink in the park, have fire pits throughout the park for warming up and making s’mores, plus have a few select rides open (it wouldn’t be the big coasters for obvious reasons). I can only imagine riding rides like Music Express and Air Race to the strains of Trans Siberian Orchestra.

Kenton had few rivals when it came to sophisticated jazz arrangements in the 1950’s and 60’s. This song is a pleasure to listen to.

Todays so called musicians couldn't carry this bands horn cases. Short, tall, bald , or hair in a ponytail it made no difference, if you could play you worked. Today, looks and 3 rehabs , and at least 1 psych ward stay are needed to be even looked at as talent.

This is when I was playing Trombone Horn, What is so amazing is we were playing this music at Oakland Technical High School, when I graduated. This is when we had Dr George Kyme, and Mr John Mortarotti, as our teachers, The Best all around Music instructors, I have been exposed to, Even after playing the in the Air Force music department. There was One Hundred and Twenty- Five people playing music at Oakland Technical High school and "NO ONE" missed the music class, which started at 7 am. "FUN-TIMES".

This is awesome. I don't know how I missed it until now. Thanks! There were several I didn't know about. I'd personally change the video title to something like "9 Movies and TV shows filmed at Lagoon Amusement Park".
