It was made by X Labs around May 2023 it is not possible to do anymore since Activision sent X Labs a cease and desist letter in relations to the project sense they had no rights to Black Ops 3/BO3 Which is owned by Activision this is around the time where call of duty players wanted to play old call of duty without having to risk any hackers or people that could boot you off-line or inject malware into your PC. So they could enjoy black ops 3 as if it originally released back in 2015 since back then call duty games did not run on dedicated servers by Activision like the new titles, but they were run through host/people in your certain region. That also meant if the host left the match the game would end automatically. This is also around the time people were hating on modern warfare 2 in late 2022 and 2023
