roughly how much did it cost for you to build ?

The interior is very nice, but the exterior needs more work. It needs some proper siding instead of bare metal which is highly conductive and gets hot in summer if not covered or in the shade. It also needs a roof or some type of covering from the elements and gutters so rainwater is directed away from the siding and isn't running straight down the sides of the home.

How is the reflectix working? Summer/Winter

It's crazy the differences between a tiny home made by a man and a tiny home made by a woman. This little home is very pretty and nice and looks so cozy. The tiny home I just saw a video of by a man was, well, more like a prison cell lol.

Where and how do you get water and sewer and electric? Love it!

I’m very interested in building a 20’ container for me to live in with my dog when she has puppies. What does everyone recommend for a power supply that will run a fridge all day and a ac/heater unit (what unit would you recommend) for about 3-5hrs and will be able to run an air fryer&coffee maker & phone charger Also a nice toilet system without having a sewer hookup?

Nice container although I think you should add an awning over that front door and side patio. I want to convert one of these into a hunting cabin or just get a 40 ft container and make it into a cabin I use to live in full-time and as hunting cabin. It helps when you already have rural property.

Really nice little getaway! I wonder about all that exposed steel, though. Doesn't it get hot in summer and cold in winter? I would have stuck the insulation on the outside, and put an elevated tin roof on it to get it out of direct sunlight. Love the opening doors, it makes all the difference to have that deck. Of course, I live in Denmark, so it would be of limited use for most of the year :) Thanks for showing us your house!

Nicely done the only thing I would have done difrent was not do the bed but use the sleeper couch to sleep on at night

I did what I usually do with these kinds of videos. Mute and fast forward through the boring parts. That said, the house is adorable. I loved the light, the functionality, the bed on pulleys. I don't know why tiny houses don't do more of the raise-able bed thing.

I always wonder, where's the heating system ?? Even for hot water, you have to have SOMETHING. No one EVER talks about that. Even tropical areas can get cold at night. And any place that gets below 50 or even 60 can get problematic. Freezing.temps means not just you, but your pipes freeze. I lived in a strictly Summer Camp for 2 winters. Trust me, there was NOTHING fun about it.

I’m very impressed! Pretty much all you need! Washer and dryer space if you were to want it? It’s what I think I would want if I were to use a shipping container.

I wouldn't want any decoration, but as much space savers and cupboards I can install while keeping the elbow room. As I wanna take as much stuff with me as possible.. Lol
