Well, if you look at how the current media unanimously treated Harden when he did the same in virtually every playoff game of his career, you'd think that take would've been received. NBA media machine has always been more about whether the players are "liked" or not, not whether the criticism is true. Otherwise it'd be entirely reasonable to make that point about Lebron, the same way it's reasonable to make it about Harden.
