Welcome to Hippie Hill Homestead. In 2010 we purchased 100 acres on the Cumberland plateau. We purchased our homestead so we could become self sufficient, live a stress free life, enjoy nature and retire early. Our Homestead is completely off grid, we generate our electricity with wind and solar.We catch rain water in cisterns and filter it for our home. We grow a garden,fruit trees and all kinds of berry bushes all 100 percent organic. We raise many types of fowl such as chickens,ducks,turkeys,guineas, pheasants and pea fowl.
