Guys, before you even bother, just do a simple VMWare REPAIR and it will most likely fix the "removable device not showing" issue, it sure did worked for me! CLOSE the VM Ware app if its running then simply go to your Windows "SETTINGS" and go to "APPS & FEATURES", then scroll down to the VM Ware app and select it by clicking on it, then click "MODIFY" which will bring up the VMware setup window, then click "NEXT" then click “REPAIR”! Let it do its thing then close when process is over. Now, Re-Open Your VM Ware and everything should be showing up properly, THATS IT! Gosh, I wish I had done that before I got my blood pressure so high out of frustration!
