Why have a different gear ratio on the top and the bottom? Do you want the ball to curve upwards or something? How did you come up with that? (curious to figure out what gear ratios we should use)

Hi Jay, This is a really effective lift system for this year. I wanted to know where are you measuring the height of the lift system is it from the top or the bottom of the end of the bar.

you should put a limit switch to the arm so it will stop the motor from over turning and without damaging the gears.

We built a similar set for Toss Up but reversed. Hence Reverse double four bar. we used 2 motors on the lift. really strong.
