Very informative, thank you, One of the main problems with the JCIO website, is that it focuses and certainly highlights in an unfair way that they basically deal with personal judicial misconduct such as swearing, falling asleep, being drunk etc. You are effectively warned that whatever a judge does during a trial is part of the legal process and is off limits. But isn't the JCIO effectively not acting in good faith here. Isn't this a very narrow way of interpreting the JCIO's policy. If you read their policy document the misconduct is far broader than the JCIO prefer to deal with. This narrow interpretation of judicial conduct could be seen as illegal. If a judge did not make a judgement based on the evidence, or the judgement handed down was ridiculous, this would also be judicial misconduct?

Hi Eunice, I was victim to an unprovoked assault to which the Gardai used my circumstances to secure a conviction against my assailant as he was a much sought after individual…. Despite my reluctant cooperation and their securing their objective, to which the judge secured for me an offer of compensation, she later struck out while the assailant was in breach by several months and has since gone on to reoffend,.. as her actions resulted in severe misconduct , also shut down an opportunity for appeal… My question is: Can I retrieve a transcript of the high court hearing? This is a murder case. Taking someone's life without their consent is morally wrong. The idea of necessity sounds more brutal since all life matters regardless of the age, health status, importance. Making more people happy at the detriment of fewer people makes no sences.

Searching for justification to murder someone only serves to distract from why they are being prosecuted- did they commit murder? The answer is yes.

Very excellent explanation of the judgment. It is highly regretted that Hon'ble House of Lords could not understand forthcoming misuse of this judgment. In India more than 1 lakh companies have looted thousand lakhs of rupees of poor investors. The Company directors misuse all the funds provided to them by the investors i.e. share holders. In developing countries it can not be expected that every investor is well conversant with Articles of Association and Memorandum. It requires review of this judgment.
