I have owned this KTM 1090 adventure R since May of '23 and currently it sits at just over 15,000 miles.
Cons:
Neutral is a pain to find, and sometimes false neutrals at the worst time.
Little on the heavy side, Close to 500lbs with 6 gallons of fuel
No cruise control
seat height - I have a 32 inch inseam and can only tip toe or one foot it.
Pro's:
The smiles for miles it will give you every ride - i.e. : HP BABY
You sit in the bike not on it and seating position is comfortable
factory heated grips, distance to Empty range, outdoor temp
power is abrupt but not throw you off the back style.
Ground clearance and 21" front for rolling over logs or water bars
Reliability - No major issues yet - easy...
