Wider grip. Grip width is too close for optimum drive, will give you a better rack as well. Too close of a grip stops you from proper upper back position in the rack, rounds your back too much.
Lady needs to stop using a halting second pull, needs to accelerate as she passes her knees, she is stoping, then making contact. Her contact is too low, driving the bar path out front. Keep the bar close, pull your scapulas together as you extend.

I love your strong ethic friend. I finally am able to snatch the bar. The mobility needed, jeez, the stretch I feel in my lats when doing them is insane. Quick question, since I always see you post almost everyday it seems, how do you bullet proof your knees. Mine dont feel that great after doing 4 sessions back to back per day atm.
I don't have knee problems, but other stuff. I do hot epsom salt baths or sauna almost daily. and rest as needed

You're an inspiration
In the clean, it looks like you are decelerating between the floor and the point where you're making contact with the front of your thighs. You're also letting the bar swing out away from you during the first pull, which is distorting the bar path and contributing to the deceleration problem. I did the very same thing when I started Olympic lifting. You want constant acceleration from the time the bar leaves the ground. You might try moving the bar lightly along the front of your thighs as it passes the knees, and keep accelerating upward into full extension.

Hitting the bar with your hips causes the bar to be too far forward. Remember that the bar should be raised vertically, not parabolically. Hope my humble comment helps you :)
