Super easy, incredibly fast. Season chicken, start rice, broil Chicken for 10 min each side, microwave baby spinach and plate. Perfect 👍

Thanks for this video I’m not going to lie I slack on training calves
No worries, same here. I probably hit em once every two weeks, but I am a toe runner and depending on your genetics your calves may respond differently to other types of exercises. If you want size then weighted calve raises will do the trick, however for definition it get a lot more complicated. Nevertheless focusing on the stretch at the bottom of the movement and really squeezing at the the top is definitely going to yield some positive results weighted or not. Happy training.

@@bernienoll yes I won 1st 🥇 place in the true novice class. And in the open I won 3rd 🥉 in my height class. This was a huge achievement for me as a natural athlete in my 40s against younger guys on gear.

This is a fire meal, Costco Boneless skinless chicken breast, covered and baked 280 degrees for 2 hrs, and asparagus spray with o calorie cooking oil, seasoned and baked for 8 mins. And some basic white rice. This meal a staple in my nutritional diet plan.
