My love of overlanding and traveling was intense.
I have travelled to a lot of locations. At first, I merely made videos for my memories. chose subsequently to share those with like-minded others.

Просмотров 35 тыс.2 года назад
Explore K'Gari (Fraser Island) with Pajero Sport and had a grate time . I believe we should visit the Island at least once in our life. such a beautiful place. PS did well on the soft sand. Really happy with the performance. go_outdoor2
Can you please share deets of your setup mate? Lift and brand if any, fuel can holder, tyre brand and size... anything else?
Dobinson suspension 35mm front and 40mm rear with Pirelli Scorpion AT (265/65 R18 aone size up).plus rear air bag.
Nice video-thanks for sharing-we getting set up to do a similar trip (22 qf)-looking forward to it.👍🙂
Prado does it better.
@@landrover1155hell yes with 50/50 weight it's great on sand and it's used by a hire company on Fraser Island for a reason not pajero sports.
@@landrover1155yeah I'm comparing 2020-23 prado against a pajero sport the extra power is a massive bonus the traction system works great on sand speaking from experience and if boring is refinement and comfort then I'll take that in the pajero sport I looked at 5 years ago and I hit my head in the back-seat at 6'2 saying that I had a 2016 pajero glx non sport and it was a great car just not very comfortable seats but really good on sand and the price is a big selling point. As for reliability I'd argue the Toyota is more reliable had a newish pajero sport rattling that was driving through the caravan park looked nothing more then a year old. Oh and i nearly forgot the 150l fuel tank is far better for offroad and touring.
@@landrover1155 yeah and that's the beauty of Choice, we can both have our respective 4wds and enjoy the same hobby, have a great evening.👍🍻
At a higher price; yes. And a Troopy does it even betterer; for only more expense.
Specially with sand, PS had good 4WD system. One thing I hate in PS is that the small fuel tank. I like 150L capacity in Prado. The cost of Prado is high.
nice
Thanks
Liked your Set up,, Ashik from K'gari group..
great vid. enjoyed it. Helps with deciding whether or not to buy one. Thanks heaps.
is it 2.4L diesel?
Yes, with 8 gears
Thanks for the e vid How are you storing your Jerry cans with the PS?
It is my creation and planning to build more as couple of people asked it. it can be tilted.
could you please list mod's done to Pajero Sports, I am looking to do K'Gari later in the year and looking at what upgrades I might need. Currently Pajero Sport is stock
Dobinson suspension. 35mm Front lift and 40mm rear with AT Tyres. That all.
@@going_outdoor would you be able to do it with a stock pajero sport? Cheers
@@marki4920 probably would be able. my front bash plate touched the sand couple of times. specially on inland tracks.
@@going_outdoor I did it stock! Yewwwww inland tracks were a bit more tricky but just had to plan the lines we were gonna take and it went well. Only had tracks, compressor and snatch strap and all went well. Great week over there.
@@going_outdoor Hey, nice! Does it feel better on the hard surface roads with that suspension setup? Cheers
nice drive
Thanks 👍
