Recipe for Cheeni Paratha: Ingredients: 1 cup Atta 2 tbsp Butter Softened Water as needed ½ cup Sugar Butter for cooking Method: - In a bowl combine atta with butter, mix it well and then add in water in batches to knead it into a tight paratha dough - Divide into equal portions and take one - Flatten it a little and stuff it with two spoonfuls of granulated sugar - Fold it into a potli and flatten it carefully with your fingers - Roll into a thick paratha and cook it on a tawa on either side with some butter till golden brown - Serve hot and enjoy!

Recipe for Gol Papdi: Ingredients: ½ cup Ghee 1 cup Atta ½ cup Jaggery Method: - Heat ghee in a pan, add in wheat flour and cook it on a low flame for 5-10 minutes while the flour loses its raw smell and changes in colour. - Add some more ghee if needed to get the right consistency, in order to make sure it is not too dry. - Once the flour is cooked and starts browning, turn off the flame and immediately add chopped jaggery and mix vigorously till the jaggery melts. - Transfer into a greased plate, set aside while it cools a little and cut into bite sized pieces. - Lastly, garnish with sliced almonds and it’s ready!

Ghee Biscuit Recipe: Ingredients ¾ cup Wheat flour ¼ cup Besan 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar ¼ cup Ghee 1 tbsp Kagzi Badam (sliced) Method: * Take a kadhai, add salt at the bottom, place a stand over it & cover it with a lid * Turn on the flame & let it preheat for 5-10 mins * In a bowl combine, wheat flour, besan, powdered sugar & mix well * Add in ghee and knead into a soft dough * Divide the dough into equal parts, roll each into a ball and flatten to get your desired shape * Make a pattern on top using the blunt side of your knife and garnish with sliced kagzi badam * Place them in a flat tray & transfer into the preheated kadhai * Bake for 20-25 mins & it’s ready
Recipe for Thecha Cheese Pav Sliders: - To make the thecha, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Now add some garlic cloves, raw peanuts & green chillies. Cook till it turns slightly brown, add salt & mix well - Transfer into a mortar pestle & pound till you get a coarse paste and your thecha is ready - Cut the pav into half, spread a generous layer of thecha & top it up with mozzarella cheese - Sandwich it up, grease the top of the pav with butter, cover with foil & bake till the cheese melts.
1 cup Wheat Flour ¼ cup Rava ½ tsp Haldi 1 tbsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Hing ¾ cup Curry Leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp Ginger Green Chilli Paste 3 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp Ghee Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for Frying Method: - In a bowl combine all the other ingredients and knead into a tight dough using water - Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and poke holes using a fork - Cut out circles and deep fry them till golden brown and crispy - Store in an airtight container for up to a week and enjoy!
