The water there was white caps the whole time the one day I tried the rocks from my kayak. Also I think it’s stealth brand but they make an a rig with no wire and holds shape but it’s $$.

Slow jigging! Keep it up Pat! Fish bites or fish gum is great to catch bait real fast and durable to not be stolen easily.
This is the only good thing to come from flooding as it brings all the Biggins out, I know it is not as big as I've seen before but for me that would be several meals
