You look Gorgeous
Jen, you're such a dummy.

I disagree with you. Probable cause is one thing. When suspect is ruled out it’s another things. Both Ron Logan and Kegan Kline were ruled out. Richard Allen wasn’t ruled out. Plus RA looks and sounds just like BG. RA had access to TV, iPad, phone, his lawyers, therapists, psychologists. How is that solitary confinement? If the state wanted to close the case they could have pinned it on Ron Logan or Kegan Kline but they didn’t. They did a great job to find the real sicko. The defense didn’t test the bullet because they knew it’s RA’s lol😅BTW I’m very disappointed in FBI handling president Trumps assassination. Just saying ….RA is tinny only because he is disguising his appearance and playing everyone. Have you seen his photos from 2017? He was as Round as a cucumber
Thank you for your take.
Hi Jen! Love your channel. I’m curious if you are familiar with Hidden True Crime on RUclips and what your thoughts are on their analysis of Delphi?
5yr olds dont have cell phones. so im guessing the house doors were unlocked? the child woke up and went out of the home and walked 2 miles??
they got the right guy in my opinion
Many agree
love your top or dress Jen, gorgeous
Thank you, so much, Jennifer for being here. You are truly appreciated. :) The Delphi case has been shrouded by mystery over the years. For a long time... we never knew exactly - what, happened to Libby and Abby on that day on February 13, 2017, while hiking on the Monon High Bridge. I am wondering - if, the actual gun owned by R.A. was presented in court to demonstrate what happens in terms of tool marks made at the time of extraction would have been a better way to illustrate a match or non-match of the bullet? From what I know, the best way to match a bullet to a gun is to fire it through the chamber (barrel). As the marks will always be the same with doing this! More like a finger print of someone. There is so much that is suspect in this case. Can we really trust L.E. with any evidence, when they lagged on doing DNA testing in the beginning, because hey did not want to spend money for the testing. An unknown male's DNA was reported on the Hoody that was put on Abby that Kelsi owned. Not soon after, the DNA was entered into the database system... did they, have a match to the unknown male, which was that of a local L.E. officer, who was just hired in Delphi. I am wondering... why, his DNA was on the Hoody? Was the officer properly trained in DNA evidence gathering and forensics? L.E.'s job is to make sure the crime scene is secured for the CSI Forensic Team. So the scene can be properly investigated, while they gather evidence left at that crime scene. It was also reported that an unknown female's DNA was discovered at the crime scene. There can only be two reasons for this in my opinion - she was a searcher, or a suspect. Also, the jurors did not have all the Discovery that the defense obtained as well as the FBI - in, terms of the crime scene being a ritual killing. You can't deny that the scene was staged in this manner. I believe the jurors where robbed of this important evidence. Perhaps, their verdict would have been rendered differently?! Not having this crucial information is like not having pieces to the puzzle. I find it strange that a member of the Odinist group (E.F.) had placed himself at the crime scene by confessing to being there and spitting on one of the girls. And a friend of his, owns an identical 40 caliber gun (B.W.): Sig Sauer. And, Judge Gull denying the defense's motion to put possible suspects of this Odinist group on the witness stand, appears to be a coverup, and a method of protection for them by her. She made sure that Nicholas McLeland was trained by experienced prosecutors... to know how... to prosecute, a double homicide. The state had no problem spending money for this training. R.A.'s 60+ confessions in a state prison were the result of someone who was mentally tortured into submission into admitting guilt... to a crime, by the guards in the prison he was sent to. These false confessions, were the direct result of him experiencing a Psychotic break from reality. From the very start, R.A.'s rights were seriously violated. Thirteen months in a state prison was - so wrong, as other prisoners have never been subjected to this. It's normally, not more than 30 days. R.A. was only "a pre-trial detainee", before his conviction. Furthermore, Nicholas McLeland is a known member of the Masonic Order as is Brad Holder, who is also a known Odinist. In a photograph in 2017, at the Tipdon Lodge, we see: Nicholas McLeland, and Brad Holder, with his son, Logan Holder in a room. They are celebrating, being members of the "Free Masons". This is truly a conflict of interest, in my opinion. Judge Gull is known to be "pro-prosecution", and to quite bias. I believe that she knew that if she removed (excluded) the evidence of a ritual killing from the Discovery that the jury would think that the crime was one of opportunity, committed by the killer as a S.A. So, from a profiling standpoint - does, a ritual killing fit a man who has no criminal background, is a productive citizen, married over 30 years, and has a daughter, and a job that he has been stable in for years? Stands 5'4" tall. And, in his mid 40's at the time; suddenly, one day decides to go out and S.A. two young girls, and then take the time to stage the crime scene and pose the bodies to blame it on the Odinists? Does this make sense? L.E. recording over 70 interviews is not by accident. It was said that, when R.A. was arrested that he told L.E. 25 times that he did not murder those girls. He was of sound mind during that time. These people saying that R.A. had placed himself at the crime scene that day is not true? He merely approached a conservation officer (Dan Doulin), to tell him that he did not see anything suspicious on that day. Why would he do that if he committed a double homicide? The fact that he spoke to officer Doulin, is not an admission of guilt. At the time of R.A.'s arrest, elections were coming up for L.E. and others. What better way, than to produce a suspect for an unsolved case?! Apparently, Judge Gull is up for re-election in 2025. This "rushed conviction" of R.A. should make her look good in some peoples eyes. I feel sorry for Libby and Abby's family. And, the family of R.A. With a case like this - real justice, needs to be received. This case has been highly questionable - from, the start. So, much of a mystery. With any criminal case - there should always be: Truth and Transparency. Especially, with all that has happened over the years with the Delphi case. Truth and transparency, doesn't appear to be that true or clear in this case. What is wrong with our judicial system if that system can pick and choose, who they want to take a fall for, while the guilty party, who committed a crime, remain free?! And a Judge, who obviously has made it known who she stands by and who she will protect. Is it not the way of our Judges to be... "fair, impartial, and non-bias"? Judge Gull, in my opinion, has abused her position as a Judge, and she has failed our constitution. This is so very scary, because anyone could end up like R.A., with their rights violated. R.A.'s trial and the judication process was so unfair. Judge Gull had no right to take away one of the most important aspects of the crime: that, of a ritual killing. Excluding, this important piece of evidence was not fair to the families and to the jurors. I hope that R.A.'s case is fairly appealed, and he is freed and the true, guilty party are arrested. This is America. Our nation was built upon our founding fathers, and our soldiers who fought for our country. They, are heroes who lost their lives in the horrors of war, so we can "be free..." to enjoy, our lives. Are we really free? Our judicial system is seriously flawed, and broken. Libby and Abby are true heroes. May their souls rest in peace.
I feel that Sebastian's mom is hiding something but with that said, as a mom of daughter with disabilities who is now 21 years old, I am more likely to check on her when I don't hear any noise. A thud or a bang or screams are almost 24/7 so when shes quiet i check to male sure she has fallen asleep. I know all cases are different, but this doesn't seem out of the ordinary for me. Also, i would not yell for her to shut up and go to sleep. We just let her do her thing until she finally falls asleep.
Agreed on all of this. So many mixed feelings and questions. Thank you for sharing.
I disagree Jen. He wasn’t abused as the defense claimed while in jail. Thanks.
Thank you for your response
What are your facts to prove this???
@ he was kept in jail to protect him from others period. Believe who you want. He is guilty and the jury made the right decision. I’m actually shocked Jen thinks differently. Very disappointed.
If you were in a sequestered jury for over three weeks, we you want to go home early during deliberation days? Come in late? Were they waiting till the 17th hour mark? How did the public find out about what the jury asked for? Something smells.
The bullet lacked chain of custody however? From the picture you couldn’t see if it was a casing or a bullet. I call BS, like everything else.
Thanks for coming back so fast, Jenn!
I watched hidden true crime and she told almost everything that happened in the court room.
Donna is a psychopath.
My heart breaks and I am enraged that Richard Allen didn’t get a fair trial. I don’t blame the jury, I blame the people that prevented ~ obstructed ~ a fair trial. In particular Judge Gull. I am grateful I wasn’t on the jury, because if I convicted an innocent man I would probably never forgive myself snd definitely I would never forget it.
So glad you re-did this!!
Richard Allen's "solitary confinement" is one I've ever seen. I worked in the prison a couple of years. I drove a dental van around to all of prisons and some jails and I've yet to see a inmate in solitary confinement have a tablet, unlimited phone calls, television and visits with his wife when all the other inmates were on lockdown. Make that make sense!!
Hi again, I have not heard that he had a television and some of those other things. Do you have links? Thank you.
I’ve never seen a pretrial detainee in a prison. And no, he didn’t have a tv and he was not permitted to communicate with his family until after his confessions.
They wanted to make sure he talked a lot - they encouraged him to confess, goaded him into it. People who are accused aren’t supposed to go to prison. They’re supposed to be held in jail.

Exactly
You’re amazing Ms. Coffindaffer. I feel 100% the same about the issues you raised in every, single case. My heart goes out to all of these victims and their families. Delphi was a disaster Constitutionally and legally. Stay well and thank you. 🙏🕊️
Let's take it from the beginning, which is how Lally should have presented the Commonwealth's case. Thirty minutes after she returned to John's that night, she called and woke her elderly parents. WHY? (Rhetorical. We know why--it's because she was SHOOK about what happened 30 minutes earlier!) What 42 yr old woman would wake her parents with a phone call at 1:10am?! She knew what she did.
2013 Lyric Cook and Elizabeth Collins Evansdale Iowa unsolved many similarities.
@@CinderellyCinderelly-v3i I’ve not heard of this one. Looking it up now…

So kind of you to say!
Isnt it wild- 1 girl was 13- they disappeared on the 13th. 1 girl was 14 - they were found on the 14th.
The jury wasnt allowed all the information they (needed) to make a decision in the Delphi case. I expected a hung jury because of that. I feel really bad for each and every juror when they see it was a more complicated case than what prosecution made it out to be, and the choice they made.
Good morning Jennifer , thanks for coming back and sorry I missed the live. It’s always a pleasure to watch u. Yes a lot of monkey business when on in the Richard Allen trial . Wait till the jurors read about everything judge gull would not let in because the sentenced a man to life without full info . I hope he gets an appeal . I’m not saying he is innocent , just saying I don’t feel like there was transparency.
I felt that the prosecution did a good job of giving reasonable doubt the jury should have considered that
@karenq2073 Intuitively I sense they were forced into that decision. Those in the courtroom said none of them looked up when they re-entered to give their verdict. Maybe jurors weren't so randomly chosen????
Awesome outfit Jen you look terrific.❤
Appreciate your thoughts on the Richard Allen trial. The jury did what they could with the evidence they were given. But in my opinion, they weren't given all the information that should have been allowed into the trial by Judge Gull.
Yes

The whole beginning of the night - like - let’s go get drunk to celebrate my adopted daughter getting accepted at a school… that’s not something I can relate to either. Take the daughter to dinner. Have a party with her … the rest is just weird. So much drunkenness. I mean falling down drunk.
Jen please read my comment. It is important and worth investigating.....
Celebrating his daughter’s entrance to a school? She was home alone. Most “celebrations” include the person that accomplished the achievement with family and friends in an appropriate environment given her age. IMHO, the prosecution’s case was not proven, not to mention their expert Trooper Paul’s testimony, the inverted video, etc. The evidence is not there. The experts, two biomechanics engineers, testified that it was not possible. By the way, experts hired by the FBI, not hired by prosecution nor defense.
With my experience ain't going over the evidence there is absolutely Reasonable Doubt there's no way she killed him because if you take your car and you do the exact same thing in the snow it's impossible to hit him and leave and nobody else sees him absolutely impossible because it's right there in the front the snow guy came around he didn't see him absolutely no evidence but the tailgate the tire did hit when she was backing up free Karen
The original jury slip did NOT have Not Guilty listed-that was Jackson’s complaint. It only had Guilty as a choice.
I asked the same question regarding the lack of indecent images on his search history over the years 🤔
Richard Allen should be investigated for a double homicide, 8 & 10 yo girls, 20 min away from a Walmart he worked at!!! Unalived on a hiking trail!! 🤔
You are really organized lady!!! 🤬
Omg lady....DEPLORABLE??!! How is one 8x10 different from another 8x10???
You really need to do your research and see how much richard allen had in that cell ! not salitary confinement! A prison is way better than a county jail!!
Too bad you can't see that Richard Allen is GUILTY! He was NEVER mistreated! Kohberger is in worse conditions!!
There is no proof John died on the lawn. John was found on the lawn minus the blood which should have been there. Your opinions are not facts. Judge Canoni should recuse herself she cannot be trusted to be unbiased.
Why was the video of Higgins calling out John at the waterfall never put into evidence 🤔
Exactly!
