Yes we do integrate with ServiceBench. We automatically pull work orders from ServiceBench and submit warranty claims back to ServiceBench.

Hi sorry it took so long to answer. When you create a job with parts, you can simply check the box to create a PO. If you order through Marcone that can be done through ServiceWorks. If you order through other distributors that can be done through ServiceWorks be emailing them the PO, you wait for the order to come in, you can scan the bar codes and check in your inventory.

Hi David, normally when you add an inventory item you are only doing that one time usually, and then later when you receive inventory you would be on the update page. I hope that clarifies? thanks
