Dps in HSR should be like dps in Genshin Just sidegrades that are either more comfy to play, have a different playstyle, or have something else. If it was well balanced, Herta could have been just a sidegrade to Jingliu but with slightly bigger multipliers to make up for her sp negative and her team restrictions unlike Jingliu who is sp neutral/slightly sp negative. But nooo, they had to make Herta make triple the dmg Jingliu makes per cycle. Like balanced characters that have great pros but also their cons. It's like Mavuika w Arlecchino. Mavuika is stronger, but her teams are a more restrictive, while Arle can be played in multiple teams with lower investment, but also Mavuika can be used as a support, so she's also more flexible but not to the point to take Arle out of the meta since she doesn't do everything she can do but better. They are different characters, one is a dps while the other is a Nuke. Those could have been Jingliu and Herta if the game was better balanced 💔 Herta being a powerful Nuke while Jingliu is more of a slow but strong dps.
