I film Motorsport events at various tracks across the UK.
USA Snetterton 2024 | Classic Cars, Close Racing, Pure Sound!
I'm staying in Norfolk this week and jumped at the opportunity to take a trip to Snetterton yesterday for their classic USA meeting, with on-track highlights including both the Bernies V8s & Legends Cars National Championship, which I think might be my new favourite discipline!
It was a brilliant event with plenty of close action on-track, I filmed at a variety of different locations on the track throughout the day with Snetterton providing plenty of opportunites for videography! Thankfully the weather played ball throughout most of the day too!
Unfortunately it's not a track that I'll be visiting regularly as I live a long way away, but I'll certainly be aiming to revisit at some point in ...

My 22nd meeting of 2024 saw a trip to Castle Combe for Day 2 of the Motorcycle National Race Weekend which hosted Round 5 of the NG Road Racing Championships, all of which delivered some great action throughout the day! Standlake Junior Open 2024

The 2nd Open title up for grabs on the 21st July was the Junior Open, which saw an abundance of great drivers competing for it. There was plenty of brilliant battles throughout the day with the Open Final going down to a fight between Harvey Breakspear, Jack Fulker & Finley Kew, with it being the latter who would come out on top to take the Open title in the Juniors for a 2nd time! No he didn’t, he’s steering blew before qualifying, he fixed it then it blew again before freestyle.
Great footage 🎉 I was racing in the open 500 class on the white CB500, was a great weekend with some great racing and an even better atmosphere!

I’m all for people getting into the sport but please weld corner plates on or leave the factory hinges on

car at 4:30 looking interesting, is there any reason as to why the front wheels are wider? Couldn't quite understand the commentator.
It's got a chain drive rear axle with no diff. It might be a GN or Fraser Nash special. They were all built with narrow rear axles to allow for the lack of slip going around corners. Very twitchy at high speed!

Drift Rods are my favourite Non-Contact class. When they drift it's so satisfying. They have some great cars aswell

Thruxton is definitely one of the tracks on my list to visit, not sure whether I'll make it there this year though as I've got a packed calendar

I also will never understand why they crush those lovely classics. They must be heartless. For me as a classic car fan hard to see but it is like an accident - you don't want to look at but you do 😔
