Părerea mea este ca sistemul de canalizare din America este mult prea complex mai ales sistemul de ventilație. Sistemul de canalizare românesc e mult mai bun! Și țevile lor de canalizare trebuiesc lipite una de cealaltă, la noi țevile de canalizare au Garnituri
Poti discuta si despre cum se genereaza un tablou de tâmplărie cu vederi in plan si elevatie? Folosind Legend view , Revit are o problemă aici ptr ca nu generează in plan conform direcției de deschidere din proiect. Doar in elevatie se poate schimba sensul

can you select this as an insulation type in a wall construction? can you add R values?
As far as I know Walls are "System Families" therefore this family can not be selected as insulation. You can add a insulation parameter to it, but you can do that in a wall too.

Hmm. Not that I know of.
Actually there is. You can draw a Reference Plane (RP) that intersects the Studs (Columns) and then you can use Cut Geometry in Modify Panel. But this won't split it in two pieces, but it will just cut one end.

Great! Steel studs Make for lumpy rarely square walls The installs have lumpy joints Screws never sit flush .. true..and typically ruined bottom plates as the workies walk and even drive over them during assembl. PLUS these rust out Badly..... I've seen 2 year old walls so Totally rusted out to the point the drywall was falling off. Don't Believe the Brochure babbles ...it's self serving BS.

Hi, the families (Structural Framing and Columns) should be in your Revit default family Library, unless you chose not to install these Libraries when you first installed Revit.
You forgot to layout joists for tubs, toilets, and bearing walls above. You dont want a joist in the same location as a toilet drain or you will be butchering it out after the fact.

Care este raportul optim intre înălțime și grosime grindă (joist)?
Depinde de intindere, sarcini si distanta dintre grinzi. Grosimea nu trebuie sa fie foarte mare . De exemplu in America se folosesc 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10, 2x12 in tzoli (inch). Deci grosimea nominala este tot timpul 2 (care in realitate este de fapt 1,5 sau aproximativ 40mm). Doar Latimea variaza in functie de sarcini si intindere. In plus mai conteaza si spatierea dintre Grinzi. Aici este un tabel cu niste exemple : www.mycarpentry.com/joist-span-table.html

Va multumesc pt prezentare deosebit de bine expusa! Chiar la finalul prezentarii, la fatada ventilata, va rog sa-mi spuneti daca folia anticondens se prinde direct pe placile de OSB si apoi se bat riglele de 2x4 cm, sau folia anticondens se prinde peste acele rigle si pe urma urmeaza lambriul decorativ? De asemenea, in vederea rigidizarii structurii am vazut ca in majoritatea cazurilor, se folosesc si montanti fixati oblic, cu rol de contravintuire. Panourile de OSB realizeaza aceasta rigidizare si nu mai este nevoie de aceste elemente? Dar daca casa ar avea si etaj, (implicit solicitari mai mari pe structura de rezistenta) nici atunci nu ar fi nevoie de acele contravintuiri?
Salut si Multumesc. In State folia se pune in exterior peste OSB, si daca folia urmeaza sa fie expunsa la soare mai mult de 90 de zile, se instaleaza chiar si pe partea interioara a OSB-ului. Placile de OSB deobicei sunt recunoscute ca fiind de ajuns pentru integritatea structurala a peretilor exteriori.

Salut! Care ar fi metoda, tool,ul din Revit pentru a crea antemăsurători si devize? Se pot face toate cu Schedules? Eu nu am găsit care e corespondenta in română a cuvântului "schedules" din Revit. Incerc sa învăț Revit ptr normele din România. Mersi !
Salut. Corect din Schedules se pot genera diferite tebele cu diferiti paramentri in functie de categoria selectata. In afara de paramentri existenti, se pot crea pentru fiecare categorie parametri personalizati in cazul in care cei prezenti nu sunt suficienti. Mai exista si optiunea de a crea functii, de exemplu intr-un proiect a fost introdusa o functie care sa arate separat lungimea totala de tevi orizontale si verticale. Posibilitatile sunt nelimitate odata ce te obisnuiesti cu acesti parametri. Faza cea mai importanta este ca odata ce ai un tabel cu materiale, acesta se actualizeaza in timp real cand faci modificari. Am aici un mic exemplu cum se creaza "Shared Parameters" care pot fi folositi apoi in Shedules. ruclips.net/video/WUR8i71NTWo/видео.html

@@Constantinesis Schedules poate insemna multe lucruri in constructii, dar in revit il poti folosi pentru materiale, cantitati, estimari etc.

What gauge is the most common that you're using in projects for structural support?
@@buildingparadisePH12 to 14 I believe but non structural is 18 to 22.
I am getting ready to build my home out of steel framing. Cheapest option and easy to install on a small home like mine (single story. Less than 1500 sqft, simple layout and lean-to roofing)
