Tbh, Ost 9 reminds me of the scene of Re:Zero where Subaru led the cult into the masion by mistake and having all of his friends killed with snow everywhere. Puck is just standing the menacingly watching over the frozen mansion as Subaru freezes to death. Ost 9 just sounds like how it sounds when you witness a frozen destruction, reminiscing the memories of everyone involved in said destruction, and there's nothing you can do but just sit there and watch as the snow cover the blood shed and the rubbles
