Hi. I’m totally new to the world of denim and I have a lot to learn. So if you find this video amateurish it’s because it just that.
I don’t think I’m gonna be sitting in a bathtub in a wet pair of jeans anytime soon
Imagine you, having that thing all buttoned up and then you need to pee... 🤔😅
lol. Yes. It’s a little bit of a struggle when wearing them. But the buttons are much better already, but still a little bit hard. But that will loosen up even more after a little time
@@Qltydenim Yeah I know, I have had some strugglss already with some 23oz jeans I own, and they are very soft now after having been worn a while.
@@vincidicaprio298 good thing it’s just a few times when they are new. And probably after wash. 😂

@@iansomnium8796 If you have the need to customize choose the SOSO, and I like the color better then Brave Star. Quality wise I think they are pretty similar.

I bought a pair of the 634s-B in 2017. They are awesome jeans. My pair took almost a year to get decent fades.
I think I saw that on Reddit also that someone said the same thing. Did you wear it everyday? And washed them?
@@Qltydenim I wore them pretty hard at work doing sheet metal repairs on airplanes, constantly covered in drill shavings and aluminum dust. I soaked them with some light detergent about once every 2 months. The 634s-B's are still going strong, with some minor tears in the front pocket that I am going to repair before they get worse. In February, I picked up a pair of 634XHS-IB's, 25oz that are still very stiff. Hopefully I can get them softer by the end of summer with medium to heavy use.
@@Jerryman1980 So they are holdings up pretty nicely. Sounds like you wear your denim much heavier than I ever will do. They obviously can handle a lot
Not washing for an extended time leads to premature wear as the dirt chews at the fabric . I never go so long between washes especially when some of my hand dyed sd jeans were $$$ The levis are decent but for $200 strike gold are imo the best buy in selvedge.

Ya solo are nice and I've considered getting a pair of there super heavyweight jeans but idk of I'm up for that challenge 😂.
I have these in the 777 fit.. As you've mentioned, they are definitely tough to button up. I know some places offer a discount on them if you're able to button them all the way up first try lol. I had my 25oz pair for about a year now and they have definitely broken in and very easy to button up. Overall, great fit! They will look amazing overtime.
It was really hard to button them up, but from experience I know that after a few wears they will button up without any problems. I will probably save these for the fading competition next year, not sure yet but it could be

It will take a couple of years, easily.
Just got mine in last Wednesday. I love them feels like denim armor but are also really comfortable and wearable daily out the bag. I ordered 2 sizes up and fit is perfect.

Yes. They look awesome. The patch is thicker on both of my Brave Star jeans than any of the others

@@Qltydenimplain 1 3/4 inch wide leather belt that is wide looks good in Levi's I think I wear a leather cow collar with a roller buckle and d ring in my jeans it is 1/4 inch thick and 1 3/4 wide you can get it at tractor supply for about 30 dollars they will help you order it on line do you think you will get one I'll send a link to show you what it looks like

Hi, based on your reviewa and experience which 1 you recommend to begin bravestar 25 oz sumo or Ironheart denim 21 or 25 oz which is better in quality of denim construction and denim color and fit! Any suggestions would be appreciated
Hi for me personally the Iron Heart sits better on my body than Brave Star. And they have hidden rivets on the back pockets. It feels like a better quality product, but in the long run I really do know. They are also double the price. With Brave Star you really get much for the price
Is it a trick of the light or am I seeing two colours of stitching? Much of it looks the standard yellowish brown, but some other parts, especially around the pockets, look more tonal, almost a greyish blue. Must be a trick of the light since the product photos show only light brown.
It’s just the light that isn’t right. Not easy when the light is a little off and I use my iPhone.
@@Qltydenim i hear you! I think N&F has done two-tone stitching before and I'm also a fan of tonal stitching, so two stitch colours would have been neat!

@@Qltydenim you definitly should! do a hot soak, and a cold wash and it will comfortable after like 2 days!
These are the ultimate jeans, especially with the black weft. Wear them in good health.
When you buy pants from naked and famous they don't have hidden rivets!I did not expect them to have that. That's a nice feature! The fabric looks nice!
