A few other neat tips: - her left shift also heals her the same way the freeze does - if you mark an ally and heal them, they still receive the extra healing that would have been shared. good way to quickly get someone who's critical to full hp - the freeze has a 0.5 second grace period where the enemy can be attacked and still stay frozen. if you left click immediately after freezing, you can get some extra damage in while keeping them frozen. doing this + landing a headshot afterwards is enough damage to nearly kill a squishy from full hp
