They float in the water !!!

I clean my hose and tank every other day and my mask daily. In hot soapy water. My filters monthly.

Please help me get the equipment back the patient died

Not sure what happened but I washed our My pillows for the first time. I stuck them in the dryer and one pillow ended up with a crusty edge like I shouldn't have dried it. I followed the direction to air dry it. When it was still damp, I ran it on a low heat for 30 mins to see if that would help. I guess washing these isn’t worth it. There goes $89

I have allergies and can’t breathe at night. I tried the F30I but I couldnt sleep on my side. It dig in my face and I had air leaks. I can’t sleep on my back. I had to sleep sitting up because I couldn’t breathe. I’m a mouth breather so the nasal masks wouldnt work for me.

I have dysautonomia and one of the many things that come with that diagnosis is central sleep apnea. I use a resmed AS10 APAP for my machine and I've switched to the Phillips Nuance pro mask. I don't particularly have a problem with keeping my mouth shut and my tongue in proper position _BUT_ I have been using an adult sized pacifier since I was initially started on cpap therapy long before I was moved to APAP therapy. My sleep medicine specialist said that with my use of the adult sized pacifier has been what likely trained my body to keep my mouth shut and tongue in proper position and that while it looks weird AF for an adult to use a pacifier, he also said that I should continue to use it because it works with something along the line of "if it isn't broken, don't fix it".

Apria has been scamming people for years with fraudulent billing schemes. They tried to bilk my insurance with a double billing scam by charging over $11,000 in rental charges for a CPAP machine that my insurance had already paid for. When my insurer caught them, they tried to assign the charges to me. I've spent hours on the phone with my health insurer and Apria trying to sort this out. Talking to Apria is worthless. They demand payment and if you don't pay they sell your account to a collection agency, whose phone number is associated with charity, IRS, and other medical billing scams. When you need CPAP supplies, they purposefully send you the wrong ones, prompting another call. That way they get to bilk your health insurer and you for both the correct and incorrect CPAP supplies.

At first I had a CPAP which treated the obstructive part of my apnea. My ratio was high central/low obstructive. Later I got a BIPAP. In the BIPAP there are two levels of pressure, my BIPAP relaxes pressure on exhale but doesn’t start the higher pressure until I start an inhale. The problem is, central apnea is not inhaling and therefore no increased pressure. Is there a machine that tracks the inhale/exhale cycle and starts the higher pressure when predicted? Or is there a better device/treatment?

I've found the Philips amara view best. But my hospital have stop supplying it. So I've got the resmed f30. Which is not as good in my opinion.

Apria is very cold blooded when it comes to caring for their customers when they are having issues with them. I was hospitalized for several months earlier this year, 2023. During my time in medical care, I used a PaP machine supplied by the hospital so I did not need to use my home machine. Apria could not contact me to renew my supplies during that time. Somehow, someone at Apria assumed I was not using my own machine in compliance to the Medicare requirements and so they influenced my insurance company (a Medicare Advantage Plan) to conclude that I was not using my machine, anymore. Now, when I was discharged from the hospital and returned home and tried to re-order a new CPaP mask and other supplies for my machine, Apria refused me on the basis of saying I was not using my machine and, therefore, I was NON-COMPLIANT according to Medicare requirements. This caused, in some way, my Medicare Advantage Plan to refuse to pay for any more CPaP supplies. When I contact my Plan and explained to them that I had been in the hospital using the hospital machine, this turned into a major issue that went on-and-on for over 6 weeks. Apria had made their decision that I was non-compliant during the time they could not reach me without ever looking at the data card from my machine or contacting my hospital which would have proved my compliance. I was confounded by the fact that my Plan had participated in this abuse of me since it was Clearly paying my hospital bills during my hospitalization. Instead of defending me and disproving Apria's unprofessional and unethical decision on this compliance issue, my Plan was seeming to not be acting in my interests in order to charge me for the machine which I paid for early on when I paid my copay upon receiving it months and months earlier. I got my Pulmonary doctor to fax my Compliance Data from my machine to Apria and to my Plan to clearly document that I was using my machine except for the period I was using the hospital device. Suddenly, Apria abandon their issued about my compliance and, then, accuse me of having an outstanding bill of more than $900 for the machine. They refuse to admit that I owned my machine after paying my copay. They refused to address those many previous months I was ordering and paying for re-supplies prior to my hospital stay. I called Apria many, many times during this dispute and each time I seemed to have to talk to a different Apria rep and have to re-explain my case over and over again. Each time, the reps were ignorant of the facts and seldom indicated to have even read the Notes in my account. One rep even told me that if I did not pay the outstanding balance on my account, her manage told her to tell me I should get my supplies from another company. At no time did Apria acknowledge that I need supplies to successfully continue my CPaP treatment during those 6 weeks of turmoil with them. I told them my old mask was leaking and I was not sleeping well during all those many weeks but they never, ever seemed to care. None of them never even sympathized with me or said they wanted to work out my issue eventually but in the meantime, would send my supplies. Apria is all about trying to squeeze out money from me that I do not owe them. Apria is COLD BLOODED and unprofessional. They should not be in the business of medical care, at all. Not at all!

I use the CPAP shop. Have already ordered one of the two masks to try out.

Says on their website to wash on regular cycle not delicate 🤔 Everything else is correct. I wash my pillows frequently and they are still fluffy, love them!

F30i gave me blisters on my fave by the edge of my mouth beside the nose

Has anyone come across brown spots that won’t come out on the metal part of the water reservoir? I had a bipap for 8 months cleaned every day and noticed these brown spots that won’t come out no matter how you wash it. I ordered a brand new one and with in 2 or 3 days it has brown spots, even more than my old one. Again I clean these every day and soak in vinegar once a week so I’m not sure what it could be, any insight or help would be great.

I'm washing to my pillows at the laundromat and I'm frustrated because it's puffy so I can't see how all the foam is getting washed extremely frustrated by this especially because I can't open the washer at a commercial laundromat hopefully it turns out well just wanted to let people know that could be what happens if you bring it to a commercial laundry where the washer spins with no agitator

That's funny because I just received my "my pillow" today and the instructions contradict one another. The instructions on the pillow say "tumble dry on delicate cycle with no heat and only "fluff" cycle. This is all strange

I bought 2 pillows a few years ago and have washed & dried them in my machines at home several times. No problems except a couple of times they were not quite dry so I left them on a drying rack for a few hours & slept on them that night. Only big difference is that my washer has no agitator, just an impaler. I put one the in the washer and cross it with the other. They have always come out clean and fluffy.

I have had two My Pillows explode in my washing machine in the last month. I called them and informed them and asked if this had been an issue. They told me that it's rare but sometimes does happen . She said she would guess they hear about it every four months or so. So me having two in a couple weeks makes me extremely unlucky I guess. Oh well . They are awesome pillows, I had mine for years and not too sure why my washing machine had a taste for a couple My Pillows but I can't afford any more so Walmart here we come !!!

Wash these things? Only if you want a nightmare experience!

The mypillow FAQ on the mypillow site, states in large text to NOT WASH these pillows specifically ON DELICATE, must be on normal setting/regular cycle. Not sure why but this is clearly important.

Anyone else notice that they never even showed a pillow being washed just clothes? 😂

What you need to know is to NEVER do business with this sham of a business.

If you actually use the comforter for a month or so and give a review I bet you'd get alot more views, you can't trust the huge bedding channels because they're paid to promote things. That's why I'm looking for a small channel to give an honest review

the nasal mask do not do well at higher pressures as mentioned here.

The Airtouch F20 works best for me. I’ve had leak and seal issues with the F30 I also have. The F30 is good if you wear glasses and like reading in bed though. I haven’t tried the F30i yet. I’d imagine it would be more tricky wearing glasses with it and the mask itself is the same as the F30 so that puts me off, but I do like the tube coming out the top. That’s a great idea. If it was compatible with the AirMini like the F30 is I probably would have bought one to try.

I love the pillows, BUT I put them in my top load wash machine and they float. I stopped it to try to push them down and it doesn’t work. I watch these giant wet airy sponges appear to push into every place perhaps cleaning my wash machine but I feel like the pillows may be dirtier coming out then going in. How do you actually clean them if you have a top load machine?
