Hi I am working on Question number 29 but not able to connect after doing the telnet. I have created the pods and service by my self but still it is not working. l guess question 10 should be "kubectl set image deploy nginx-deploy nginx=nginx:1.17" not "nginx=1.17"

Use "echo -n" to avoid adding a new line at the end of the secret value. You are including a new line as part of the value.

One question was >> Add sidecar container to existing pod. (Existing pod has already one volume) Do not change the existing container add sidecar container to run command xyz. But to restore etcd backup they asked to restore existing backup and previous-backup too. For previous backup file was present at the location. But getting error file or folder not exist. I changed the permission and then tried but it was not resolved. Could you please suggest any solution.

In Q18 the question says about the permission for a pod. Your solution gives the capability for the container. Is it possible to give this capability on pod level or this is just for containers? Thank you in advance

I cannot thank you enough! I want to point out that the 4 first questions covered in this vid tend to come towards the end of the exam. So if you practice these questions specifically, it might be a good idea to take a look at the last couple of questions first! Otherwise, since they take considerable amount of time to do, you might, like me, not have time to do them.

I think we should not cordon the node (unless its specifically mentioned). The approach for this type of question is to use node anti-affinity with labels of the node where the pods shouldn't be scheduled to run.
