Hello, We recommend the following trick: Once you have placed your baby in the carrier and have put your arms into the shoulders straps, do not tighten the shoulder straps yet (keep them quite loose). You can then feel your way up the shoulder straps until you reach the shoulder strap buckle. You can even lean forward when doing so, if it is easier. As long as you are holding the straps your baby is safe. Close the buckle. Then feel your way back down the shoulder straps and place it further up your shoulder. This way the shoulder strap will move away from your neck.After that you can tighten the shoulder straps. ​​@@Ergobaby_Europe thanks. It's still a bit tricky but my baby actually loves this carrier, so I'd say It's a success. He didn't like carriers before so I am very happy to have one now that he likes for times where he doesn't like his stroller anymore and needs some body contact. Much easier than carrying in my arms and I don't make him upset like with other carriers we tried ❤

Very valid points - Did you find a better option? Babywearing coat and an umbrella is an alternative I’m considering.

@@dammitau no, sorry to say I never found a one piece alternative. Umbrella + cover sounds good, but it kind of depends on your life style. If you can borrow one and test drive it, do it! After using the rain cover on and off, I can say it’s fine as an extra layer and windbreaker. And in all honesty, I have been glad to have it for fall and spring walks. However, I don’t live in a terribly wet area. My thought is: sucks as a serious rain cover, but ok as a windbreaker.

Figured out by searching the website high and low. Just press the carseat release button to get the car seat out.

@@antoke915 It is not the same with every car seat adapter though. I have a bugaboo fox 5 stroller and the way I release my nuna and maxi cosi travel car seat is different. Most adapters have a release mechanism on the adapter itself. The release for this stroller is actually the same release you use to remove the careseat from the base in your car which I personally love. I figured it out by accident....

Hello Mauricio, Yes, we do recommend the head and neck support pillow to be turned inside for newborns from 0 to 6 weeks. After six weeks the neck support can be turned outwards. The instructional videos shows front facing for newborns and up and the baby in the video is older than 6 weeks, therefore the head support can be turned outwards.

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the seat cover of your Evolve 3-in-1 bouncer. The attachment process can, at times, be a little tricky so we completely understand your inquiry and we are absolutely happy to help! After washing especially, the fabrics and stitching maybe be a little tighter than when out of the box. Please note that we do NOT recommend using the bouncer without these elastics attached. They help to keep the seat cover centered and secured, and the tension helps to provide the best support surface possible for your little one. Unfortunately, it is also this tension that can make it difficult to reattach! Below are a few helpful hints to reattaching your Evolve 3-in-1 Bouncer seat cover elastics: 1) Adjust bouncer to the FULL fold position during or after sliding the seat cover onto the frame. 2) Ensure the seat cover is pulled all of the way down the wire frame as far as possible. 3) The most effective way that we’ve found to attach the elastic loop(s) is to use one hand to pull the fabric just above where the loop is sewn (but not the actual loop), until the elastic is in place close to the attachment point on the bouncer base. Using a finger or fingernail on the other hand or a blunt tool such as the rounded end of a pen, pencil (eraser side) or similar item, push the elastic into place and release the fabric. Take care to ensure that whatever ‘tool’ is used, it does not cut into or break the threads on the cord. The loop should grab hold of the attachment point(s) and remain secured.

@@Ergobaby_Europe Thank you. I called customer support and they explained that you can leave the "base" plastic adapters with the screws and still mount the seat back on. No need to unscrew them. You install them once and you can change between the seat and the car-seat by just putting the removable adapters on and off.
