It's been a while since i made this video and did the setup but if i remember correctly it was in the readme or some type of setup instructions. I thought it was weird as well so i checked out a few other videos out there and they were setting it as well.

nope. i have 2 nodes running at the moment. Currently working on my 3rd. i get a payment of 2250 Neoxa per day. The more nodes that are online the longer the payment process will be. I used to get paid about once a day on one node, but more people jumped on board and that went down to about once every other day. Now that i have my second node up though i get paid 2250 today from node one, then i'll get paid 2250 tomorrow from node two. Also your 1 million neoxa that is tied up in this node is retrievable at anytime. If you decide you want to spend your million neoxa on something or convert it to something else you can. It's not like it's locked up in something like iNodez and you can only retrieve it once a month.

not worth mentioning. maybe like 15-20 cents.

just type the ip address into a web browser. put in the UN and PW. for L7i believe the default is root for both. You can google this though to be sure.

If you set up your node at home you can only use your outside IP address once. You would have to go to a hosting service for your second node. I made it to 2 million and set up my second node through node orbit. There are a bunch of tutorials out there how to set up. i'm currently working my way up to a 3rd node. i'm at 2.4 million. I'd like to get 5 under my belt. it's not going to help you now but i'm going to create a video when i get to my next node for node orbit.

how long are you waiting? it can take up to 10 minutes for data to show up. is your mining pool address correct? is your wallet address correct? Also when setting up did you copy your settings (mining pool and wallet) from another device? If so i've done this and didn't change the device name after the wallet so the two devices were fighting over the same name and data for the new device wasn't showing up.

@@MaddioDaddioMining , no data after 1 hour, 5 hours nor after 3 days. I was on the website of Iceriver, the problem is known, they work on a new firmware. 🤔 It seems Iceriver products are like bananas, ripen at the customer's premises.🙄

oh man i wish i could do this. I could sell all of my alephium and i could do it. right now it's making 12 alph a day. if that still keeps up making that back would only take 33 days. that's actually not bad. we all know that's not going ot stay up at 12 though. even if we get 6 alph a day that's still 66 days to regain the coin spent so actually that's still not bad. I might do it

whelp i cashed in all my Alephium, $50 worth of Doge, and $100 worth of Neoxa and i pulled the trigger last night. we will see if it is genius or foolhardy....my money is on foolhardy lol. But we shall see. As long as i make back the amount of coin i spent i'm good. I know the hashrate is going to spike and we will be making next to crap, but im hoping for a 2 mo ROI. I just want my Alephium back lol.

i finally just pulled the trigger on my first 3d printer. I've been debating for a year or more. Finally it was like for the price i will be spending on the shrouds i might as well just buy a 3d printer and do my own. i might have to bend your ear if i have questions lol

If i use a 2 usb fans and 1 120mm fan with side removed, you think i can get 600? or should i go lower

@@Lazerdim7000 I'd add the copper sinks. but the 562 FW jumps over 600GH often. of course have a 230wt PSU.

no i have not taken them off yet. I do have box fan running on them though. you will def need some type of extra cooling.

@@MaddioDaddioMining I open all 4 ultra side panel and have fan blowing into the KS0. 3 is using 505 OC and one is 562 (230 power supply)

yup that's why i'm suggesting the lower OCs in the video.

Honestly my pro runs really close to the stock ultras. Avg 368gh with pbfarmer software.

repadding/repasting is definitely on my to do list. it's so hard to find that temperature sweet spot. we just have it engrained in us that cooler is better. Not in this case.

yup same. every time they reboot or lose power you gotta remember to go in and change settings. I was hoping this firmware fixed that, but it looks like it didn't. I have all the fans manually set now, but as extra insurance i have a box fan on them so they won't fry if they reboot.

They are quiet. if the room is completely silent you might here a slight fan hum but not like it's going to be heard above a low volumed TV. They put out some heat. Not a crazy amount, but you can feel it's hot. You would want to put it in a ventilated place. Don't close it off on a cabinet or something like that.

right that's what i was doing before, but in the event the device reboots those settings don't stick. Twice now i've seen it at 90+. Can't rely on the program, or manually setting it. That's why i have a fan on it for insurance.

@@MaddioDaddioMining Exactly, they must be reset upon restarting. Mine run at 63-66 degrees at 70% and inside temps is around 28 degrees. No firmware upgrade and 2 Ultras run between 850-1050 GH/s on Nicehash. They do sometimes dip in to the mid 700's but then go right back up.
