Thank ya! Searching through all that music was a blast! Of course I had to keep my headphones on or drive everybody in the house crazy. Oddly enough the parakeets seemed to really dig it.

I think it took me about three hours. It really depends on the piece. I usually try to spend a couple of hours every morning doing one. Sometimes I'll spend a couple hours every morning over the course of a week working on one illustration. It's not about patience sometimes. It's about the time you have to spend working on it. You might want to talk about the shading and choice of color. What program and tools you used? I think your listeners might like to know that. Also, how you sketch on paper and then transition to the vertical screen!

I finally got a microphone and I'm trying to get the rhythm of talking over my vids. I feel like a clutz while I'm doing it.

@@jimekeating trust me same thing here I’m working on video essays/ commentary etc and I feel the same way, to me sound horrid sometimes or the stories wrap up horribly. But art can never be perfected, I’m sure you’re painfully aware. Same for videos music all of it you just have to eventually make that call to send it out. The creator of Rick and Morty is Dan Harmon. If you’ve watched it you would understand the plots and story arcs are done super well. So Dan Harmon made a story circle, the Dan Harmon circle, which is a staple in lots of shows, reality tv, even movies. It’s just a good way to organize a story and plots to keep engagement. But it has nothing to do with pacing and etc.

@@06Teks Yeah. i'll get over it. When it gets quieter around her 0Dark30 or so I'm going to try doing a voice over while I draw. Don't know if my old computer can handle all that going on at once but we shall see. I did Look up Dan Harmon and thought it was very informative. Kurt Vonnegut also did a great video of a story arc which is, if you like Vonnegut, hysterical. I'll see if I cant find it and send you the link. Or if you find it it's him standing in front of a chalkboard and drawing a stick figure falling into a hole.
