No, you idiot, you cannot connect the substrate of this PMOS to its source, because it's a transmission gate and the drain and source are interchangeable in this case. Depending on how the txn gate is connected the drain and source of PMOS and NMOS changes, so there is no fixed source or drain. Body is connected to lowest/highest potential in such cases.
Thanks for sharing this video but it is too theoretical so can you show us how to build one in the lab like the others are showing us in real how to build a Zn Air battery.
