Estes Commercial Controls Division is a Honeywell certified Webs-N4 Contractor with years of experience working on Niagara and Honeywell based Building Control Systems. We also have the tools and experience needed to service Carrier CCN and OPN field controllers. While we are familiar with Carrier I-VU, we are not I-VU Certified, however. We also have the tools need to work on any Bacnet or Lon based field network. We also have the tools needed to service Trane Comm4 and Comm5 networks as well.

Honeywell TC500A Wifi Thermostat Features and Benefits
Honeywell has launched a new Wifi Thermostat built specifically for the Commercial Light Commercial Industry. This new thermostat can control up to 3 Stage Heat and 3 Stage Cooling Conventional Systems, 5 Stage Heat and 3 Stage Cooling Heatpump Systems, and Modulating Heating and Modulating Cooling Systems. This new thermostat is capable of communication with the Honeywell Cloud over a Standard Wifi Connection or to a Building Automation System over a Bacnet IP/Wifi or Bacnet MSTP Connection.

Condenser Coil Replacement on a 60 Ton AAON Unit on top of a 26 Story Building.

Estes has a customer who had a 60 Ton AAON unit. The condenser coil, which lays in a flat position in the very top of the unit, had sprung a refrigerant leak and needed to be replaced. The unit itself was on top of a 26 Story Building which made using a crane to lift and remove the coil extremely costly. So Estes plotted and engineered an unusual method of rigging to replace the 400 lb coil.

Do you know what the terminal blocks are called? I have one with a faulty screw causing a bad connection and can't find a replacement anywhere...
I know that these terminal blocks are specific to these line of Spyder Controllers. I don't know of a part number for replacements and there are a few different types (ones that have diffing numbers of terminals) I think that would be something your going to need to ask your supplier or Honeywell Directly. Like you I have had a few come bad from the factory over the years but I have been lucky in that I've always been able to swap with another controller where I didn't need that pin and keep right on going.

Manual Mode on Deeps switch?
Not sure exactly what type of "Manual Mode" you are asking for here so I will just explain that all of the dip switches are for setting the MAC address for the Bacnet Network, this is the hardware Address that is used by the device on the network.
