From what I know this is a cool little overengineered joke gone popular, edex-ui as can be seen in its github page is a terminal emulator and system monitor and such, usually with titles like (send to program*str*) its something crazy like debootstrap to run deb inside of arch but this ones pretty simple, interesting publicity nonetheless! cool stuff 👍
