The fact this is your last upload and it only got 1k views is very upsetting. This was great.
Apparently the radar on the MiG-25 wasn't terribly sophisticated compared to western equivalents but it was it was immensely powerful in terms of pure power because if an enemy plane tried to jam it using it's electronic counter measure equipment all the Foxbat pilot had to do was increase the power to his radar and literally burn through the jamming like a blowtorch! Also if you switched the radar on while the MiG was on the ground it would microwave anything up to the size of a Rabbit (I do mean kill it!) because apparently they kept finding small dead animals in the vicinity of the aircraft and worked out it was the MiG! If you love the Foxbat as much as I do then you'll have heard the story about the Israeli radar operators sat watching a Foxbat doing mach 3.2 at 80,000 feet and the Israelis couldn't do a thing about it!

Overrated piece of garbage that turned out to be a HUGE turd. To fly as fast as it was supposed to be, it burned out it's engines. ALSO, the Radar it had, was a generation behind that of what Americans had. It was LITERALLY a con job.

Mig 25 made for to intercept Sr 71 black bird, B1 bomber, XB70 Valkyrie and other bombers . Su 27 was the answer for air superiority fighter Americans were immediately started to develop 5th generation stealthy fighters after spoting su 27 .

You wouldn't happen to have any hard numbers and evidence suppporting that "hundreds of miles" figure, would you? Stuff I found in an old "Janes" gives detection range within 100 miles. "Mig 25 made for to intercept Sr 71 black bird, B1 bomber, XB70 Valkyrie and other bombers " SR-71 didn't exist in 1961 when the Soviets began develioping the MiG-25. Neither did the B-1. XB-70 was never built, and cancelled within 2 months of MiG-25's being officially authorized. The Soviets spent the next decade developing the MiG-25, so the connection to XB-70 is also non-existent.

When i first heard about MIG 25, i was so surprised that the USSR got something that made the West fear it in the Skies
Actually the USSR had done that for years. The MiG-15 in Korea, the MiG-21 in Vietnam, also the MiG-17 and MiG-19. The USSR had produced many aircraft that, while crude, earned the respect of the west.
