unfortunately with the modded version you still cannot skip quest...you can only complete them faster

After you've completed all progression quest, you wont need them to level up. Leveling up will now be based on other activities in the game.

Yea i know. But the rules for the challenge says you cant choose the gender

They always add new stuff. Alot of new clothes, furniture, even interactions are added on a regular basis
